The 29th is the Japanese release date. To anyone's knowledge, it's not coming here.

Well... Gamefaqs says that it's going to be released sometime in the fall this year, and they don't lie about releases. o: ...Justreleasedates.

I believe "Kingdom Heart II: Final Remix" is comming to america in march, but "Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Remix+" is now being made.
(me: *looking on the net about the game* I should go to the KH Yaoi Guild *opens it up and sees the topic* O_O)

I've been reading through a lot of online forums, and the release date is the 29th of March for Japan, and hopefully it'll be released sometime during this fall for America. I'm not really sure for anywhere else. No sure release date has been made for America yet, which really sucks!
