-This land. This landmark. This place that towered so greatly over the lands around it. Why hadn't he visited it before? Wonders unlike any other in Africa touching his eyes as he drew nearer and nearer to the mountains.
Oh he'd seen them before in the distance. But only on days that his mind had already set on something else, some task or person. Never when he was near enough to actually think to detour. But today was not one of those days. Today was a day for idle roaming and exploring, and when his eyes had settled upon the grand landmark, his mind had been immediately made up.
Gently he let the winds carry him, feathers rustling softly in a comforting melody, vibrant body an unnatural speck in the sky. And his eyes settled on the white that tipped the mountain, curiousity grabbing his senses as he drifted higher still. What was this white he could see? Here in the place where the tempertures seemed to drop the higher he got.
What would he find? Or perhaps, who would he find?
Landing gently about midway up the mountains, where the grass still remained familar shades, he cast his eyes outwards at the savvannah in the distance. And then upwards at the mysterious white.
Boyish enthusiuam sang from each step he made, the soft clank of jewelry, and rustle of feathers the only sounds as he let his senses take in the new experience.-

It was rare to find Zari'radi without Tumaini, her constant shadow; it was not, however, rare to find her racing around the Great Mountain absolutely pell-mell, uncaring of the obstacles before her. What were boulders but things to leap off of, after all? With joyful laughter ringing through the cold air, Zari bounded up on top of a massive rock and flung herself off it again with a great bunching of muscles, claws out as she hit the ground, affording her purchase to fling herself forward again.
In an excess of gaiety, she ran right past Limbuko without even realizing he was there, giggling to herself as she indulged in the wind. This, now, this was why she loved and worshipped Mana, this sweet sense of freedom was why she belonged to the wind!

-All at once the silence was broken, and instinct snapped the god's head in direction of the offender, eyes narrowing softly as he watched the lioness.. play? One usually didn't laugh when they were in danger.
His eyes followed as she flashed by, not seeming to take notice in him whatsoever, and before he could stop himself his muscles were tense, and he bounded after her. Play was contagious, ecspecially to the God of Pleasure. And he tagged her for a few moments, bracing the distance with his longer masculine strides. And finally when he was close enough, he called out with a tone of amusement.- "It's no fun to race with yourself!"

With a squeak and a tumble, Zari skidded to a stop and managed to whirl, her eyes comically wide. They widened further when she saw just what Limbuko semed to be, then she laughed again, whiskers twitching in amusement. "I run the risk of developing a habit of running past gods," she decided, and padded forward, ducking her head respectfully.
And that was as much as she could manage by way of obeisance.
"Would you like to play tag?" Zari offered quickly, ears pricked forward, tail lifted languidly into the air. "My name's Zari'radi, but you can call me Zari if you like!"

"Is that right?" -His interest perked softly, brows raising just a little in question, though he didn't ask just yet. He loved meeting and admiring the other gods and goddess'. It was something of a hobby of his.. a goal. And as of yet he'd been nothing but pleased with every godly aquantiance he'd made.
In silent answer to her question, he haunched down on his paws lightly, threating a spring if she didn't move away quickly enough, giving a playful growl.- "Limbuko, pleasure to meet you."

Grinning wildly, Zari darted off, bounding away from the boulders and racing across the mountain. No one, god or not, could catch her! Well... she could try, at least. Mana's feather fluttered in her fur, and the feel of it helped to give her a boost of energy. "Catch me if you can," she caroled back at Limbuko.

((I'm really sorry for the delay dear. I got sick for like 2 weeks, and just couldn't dig up the drive to rp.
On the brightside, look who arrived!! *points to siggy*))
-A happy purr rippled through his throat and he was off. Legs streching out in wide strides, paws just tapping the ground before propeling him off again through the unfamilar landscape. The unfamilarity slowed him, but being the rash sort he was, he didn't pay much attention to the surroundings, instead eyes locked on 'the prey'. Watching her sway and dip around obstacles, slowly he began to brace the distance between them, feathers settling back to keep from catching the wind.
The cool air of the mountains was unique and beautiful, and it almost spurred on that childish and euphoric aire of the day. Nothing mattered, other then catching the lioness before him.-
