A dark tail flicked against pale legs as ebony hooves crushed the grass beneath her hooves and the small mare chewed on the grass faintly. Her soft gray eyes were closed as she just walked and pulled at the grass. Her belly had been arguing with her for many days now and she simply wanted to lay down.
Darkness was slowly coming over the world as the snow white mare lifted her head and stared up at it, soft gray eyes opening to gaze at it.
"Another day's passed... another day... where the HECK is he anyway?" Ruffling her wings and flopping down onto her side, Death frowned and pulled at the grass.
Her mate.... they'd been seperated for three days now... and she only wanted to reach out and bang her muzzle against his neck. Sometimes... ninja

It had only been a few days since Johar finaly but painfully had her foals. she was tending to a dark black, purple and white basket that held one of the 2 foals she had. having left Shetan to tend to the black and white one, it eased some of the load of caring for the two baskets that held the foals that would eventualy break free of there baskets. now being a protective mother, she notced a snow white mare wwith black wings not far off lay down or more like flop down on the ground but she couldn't leave her basket unattended to so she gave a soft whicker to make herself known to the other mare.

A whicker hit the ears of the female and Death lifted her head to look over at the snow white female beside her basket.
"Hello cousin." She called over, standing slowly and walking over cautiously. She'd seen another basket before and it had made her feel slightly... wanting. After all, she'd been with Khairi for a few months now and she had no baskets to call her own.
But even more than the slight evny, it was because Death was viewing life being grown.
"Well that's a cute basket. Congratulations in order?" Her voice floated from her muzzle as she came to stand near the other in the shadows, her mane and tail blending so into the shadows that all that could be seen was her snowy body. ninja

Johar kept a watchful eye on her basket and the mare. though she sensed nothing threatning, she was just being over protective. " hello to you cousin of the wind." she let a soft smile come to her face and she nizzled the basket that is next to her. " thank you. and if i may ask, what is your name? " of course Johar stayed with the basket, and didn't get up for now but she was happy to be meeting someone.

"You may call me Death. It's a pleasure to meet you." She said in a gentle voice and gazed at the basket in awe. "So... um..." A blush rose to her pale cheeks and the mare sat down on her rump like a dog almost, it was habit realy but she did it all the same.
"Sorry... I've just... I dunno." Hiding behind her wings as she blushed once more, Death finally let her wings down and sniffed faintly at the basket. ninja

Johar chuckled with a bit of amusement at Death's actions. never before had she met anyone that would act this way. she allowed Death to sniff the basket, though it seemed Johar was to be a very over protective mother atlest til the foal was out of the bacsket and maybe then she would lighten up. " it's a pleasure to meet you Death. and im Johar. and it you don't mind me saying, it seems your intestered in the basket"

Covering her face with her wings again and blushing utterly, Death tried to word something right but failed twice before she finally swallowed the lump in her throat and let her wings down to smile.
"Sorry, they just make me... nervous. I... I've always wanted one of my own and... I'm sorry." Her blush darkened her white fur drastically. ninja

" theres no need to say your sorry Death." Johar chuckled more and still had a smile. " i think alot of mares have always wanted to have a child of there own. i suppose i am blessed with the fact i found a mate and had foals so fast." giggling a bit before she could finish what she said, she then flushed. " it may have been a bit fast for my mate and i to have foals now that i think about it butits not a bad thing i suppose. and theres no need to be nerves jsut because a basket with a foal is around."

"You are lucky. My mate and I... we've tried but sadly no such luck." She said slightly and nodded after a moment. "But it's... very cute."
Brushing her muzzle with a wing for a moment and settling back. "Sorry, I didn't mean to intrude so... I'm sure as a mother you're slightly protective. I would be."
Gray eyes sparkled as she gazed at the basket in wonder. ninja

" i'm sure if you keep trying, eventualy you will be blessed with foals of your own." Johar chuckled softly as a cooing sound came from the basket. " it's not a problem, i know you mean no harm to me or the basket." nuzzling the little basket, she had a beamign smile.

Reaching out and sniffing it once more, Death touched it tennatively with a wing and blushed as a shock ran through her from realizing that she'd never actually... touched one before.
"Th-thank you, I hope I'll get one in the future. Though, I'm sure it won't be as lovely as this little one right here." Death said smoothly, her smile gentle as she let her ghostly self take back over. ninja

Johar chuckled a bit more and grinned a bit " im sure your baskets if you ever have any will be just as lovely in there own way."as she watched the other mare it seemed she was getign less nervious which was good. keeping the basket warm by keeping next to it, she fussed over it and nuzzled the basket that wiggled a bit.
