This town sets about 37 miles to the west if the Black Company. Here you can find anything you need or do anything you want. It's a large town so enjoy.

((Enid was destroyed earlier this year, and is now nothing more than a pile of rubble.))

(Since I might not be here later, I'm going to start Irvine's Ressurection Introduction. BTW from now on, I'm going to be RPing as an Anti-Hero. However, I'll still be fighting the evil people. I'll just be the Bad-Guy fighting the Evil-Guys. ^_^ You'll see what I mean. WARNING! VERY VERY LONG POST AHEAD! DO NOT READ UNLESS UTTERLY BORED OR INTRESTED!)

Irvine lay on the cold, hard, earthen ground. Rocks poked into his back and sides as he lay there. His breathing was normal for once. Not heavy or fast. Just normal. A cool breeze blew over him. Irvine's eyes shot open. There were no cool breezes in the Abyss. Instead of a red fiery sky, Irvine was met by a purple one. The faint glow of stars began to show in the darkening sky. Irvine sat up and looked around. He was outside of a town. There was a particularly large comotion coming from a local tavern not to far away, but Irvine really wasn't paying attention to that. Irvine stood up and looked down at his hands. They were wrapped with white cloth and on each wrist was a shattered shackle. Irvine goggled for a second but then slowly, a smirk crept on his face.

"So it WASN'T a dream! I really AM alive! YES! It worked! Mother! It worked! It really worked!"

Irvine smirked. He was back! However, this was not the same Irvine as before. His hair was black and long, well atleast long enough to tie in a short pony tail. His skin was a nice bronze color, as if he'd been in the sun. He was also wearing a tattered, gray shirt that was torn at the shoulders, brown pants with leather padding built in at the knees, black and white boots with iron plating, and a long, tattered, semi-white cloak with the hood over his head. His ears were pierced and a scar ran over his left eye, though he was not blind in it. Also, two swords were hung on his back. There was also a dagger he kept concealed in a sheath underneath his cloak. This Irvine looked much different from the old. However, one thing stayed the same. His silver eyes. They were just as piercing and cold as ever.

Irvine's attention was finally drawn to the Pub not that far away. Irvine smirked. It had been a very long time since he had, had a drink of ANY sort. This Irvine looked different, but his looks weren't the only thing that had changed as the people in the bar were soon about to find out. Irvine walked up to the Pub's door. The Pub was called The Bleeding Fang. Irvine smirked again. Such an intresting name. Irvine pushed open the door and strode into the bar.

He took one look around and then saw an empty seat at the end of the bar. Irvine strolled over to that one, looking around the Pub as he did so. There were about 25 men here all together, well 26 including the bartender. Irvine smirked as he sat down at the end of the bar. The bartender walked over to him. Irvine made sure to keep his face concealed. Though he knew no one in the village, and no one obviously knew him, it was better if he didn't draw attention to himself...well not yet atleast.

The bartender had been cleaning a mug when he walked over to Irvine. He'd already cleaned the exceptionally dirty mug with the filty rag but he didn't put it down so now he was just making it dirtier. The bartender gave a big smile, set the mug down and leaned over the counter towards Irvine. Irvine peered at him from under his hood. The bartender smiled.

Bartender:"Hi there stranger. Don't get many wanderer's in this part. Well, what do you need? We got the best ale and wi-"

"Just bring me the strongest stuff you've got. And hurry."

Irvine really wasn't intrested in what the bartender had to say. Nor did he care what drink he had. He was just thirsty. When your dead, you really don't get all that thirsty. And there definitely isn't any time for food or drink in the Abyss. Irvine shuddered for a second when memories came flooding back to him. Just as Irvine shuddered, the bartender returned with a shot glass and a big flagon of some kind've liquor. He set the shot glass down infront of Irvine and poured him a drink. When the glass was full, Irvine picked it up and downed it in one gulp. Irvine set the glass down infront of him, looking away and waiting for a refill. When one never came, he looked up at the bartender. The bartender was smiling. Irvine knew what he wanted. He was smirking under his hood.

Bartender:"This is the finest Dwarven Spirit's in this part of the land. That'll be two gold pieces."

Irvine's smirk widened. He leaned towards the bartender slightly and lowered his hood. Irvine's piercing gray eyes gleamed dangerously as he glared at the bartender.

"Sorry, I have no gold. But I really would like another refill."

Bartender:"I'm sorry lad, but no gold, no drink. And now I'll have to ask you to leave."

The bartender took Irvine's shot glass and picked up the Dwarven Spirit's bottle. He was about to leave when Irvine grabbed his hand. The bartender stopped and turned. He looked at Irvine as if he were crazy. Irvine was smirking as he sat still in his chair.

"I'm not done drinking. And you still haven't filled my glass. Your not a very good bartender, ya know that?"

The bartender was really looking at Irvine now. He really figured he was crazy. So instead, he decided to use force. He took Irvine's hand off his arm and took out a large butcher knife. He put it right infront of Irvine's nose. Irvine looked ath the butcher's knife and just continued to smirk.

Bartender:"Now look son, I don't know if your crazy or you just want to die, but don't touch me or my liquor and get out! Unless you've got gold, your not wanted here!"

Irvine smirked. He stood up and acted as if he were going to leave. However, with lightning fast reflexes, Irvine grabbed the bartender's hand and jerked it quickly and powerfully in a 180 degree turn. A loud CRACK was heard followed by the sound of the bartender's cries of pain. The bartender looked at Irvine fearfully as Irvine picked up the bottle of Dwarven Spirits and his shot glass. He turned and began walking away. Now, just about everyone was watching him. Irvine found a table in a dark secluded corner. He took a seat and put his feet up on the table. He poured himself some more Dwarven Spirits and took a swig.

Irvine poured himself another glass. Then he noticed that a table of about 10 men were watching him. Irvine smirked. He had a feeling he knew what they were up to. The men at the table all took bets at who'd be the one to kill Irvine and the prize money. Currently the pot was about 400 gold pieces. One of the men, a big hulking guy who was in desperate need of money took on the challenge. He stood up. He wore a giant sword on his back. It was much bigger then Irvine's swords, so he apparently thought he had the advantage. Irvine smirked again and watched as the man approached his table. He was tottally relaxed and acted as if he didn't notice the man.

Warrior:"Hey! You! I wanna fight you! Come on! Draw your swords!"

Irvine had stopped using the shot glass. He was looking at his booted feet when the warrior spoke. Irvine took a swig from the Dwarven Spirit's bottle. He set it down on the table and continued to ignore the giant of a man. This seemd to infuriate the warrior to no end. He slammed his fist on the table so hard that the table splintered and Irvine's Dwarven Spirts fell to the ground and shattered against the hard, wooden floor. Irvine's feet immediately dropped to the ground. He looked at his bottle of smashed Dwarven Spirits and then up at the man who had destroyed it, as if seeing him for the first time. Irvine stood up. The warrior backed away slightly. Irvine put his hand behind his back. The warrior thought Irvine was about to draw his sword but began to laugh when Irvine unsheathed just a small dagger. Irvine smirked and then spoke up.

"Well, here how bout I make it easier for ya. I'll just use this dagger, and you can use that hulking sword of yours. We got a deal?"

The warrior smirked and looked over to his friends. He gave them all a thumbs up and unsheathed his giant sword which he was forced to weild in two hands. He looked back at Irvine. Now everyone was watching the pair. Irvine and the warrior squared off, just staring each other down for quite a few minutes. Irvine stood quite still and waited, playing with the dagger by making it dance over his knuckles. The warrior began to get nervous and then finally, he made a huge hulking slash towards Irvine's neck, hoping to decapitate him. It was over in an instant. Irvine easily ducked under the swing and brought the dagger up quickly. It flashed once and then embedded it's self deep with in the warrior's eye and into his skull. The warrior let out one last shuddering gasp and then keeled over backwards, 'dead as a doornail'. Irvine smirked and then wiped his hands together as if wiping dust off.

"Didn't your mother ever teach you not to play with sharp objects? You could poke an eye out. Hahahahaha!"

Harsh, crude, and cold laughter rang from Irvine as he stood over the dead body. He bent down and retreived his dagger from the man's skull. He wiped the blood off on the man's own cloak and stood up twirling the blade on his index finger. At first the men in the pub couldn't believe what they had just witnessed. But once their shock subsided, chaos instantly ensued. Another man jumped up from the table where the dead warrior had been sitting at. He was looking at Irvine with such hatred and loathing that it would make a baby cried. Irvine just smirked when he saw the look.

Man:"That was my brother-in-law you basterd! I'm going to kill you!"

"Oh shut up. That fool got what he deserved when he challenged me to a fight."

Irvine smirked. He emphasized 'me' on purpose. The man at the table was outraged, as were all his friends. They all drew swords and daggers. As did everyone else in the bar, including the injured bartender. Irvine smirked, still twirling the dagger in his hand.

"So, who wants to die first?"

Man:"KILL THAT BASTERD!"

Irvine didn't take to name calling. As just about everyone in the bar charged him, Irvine threw the dagger. It thudded into the man who had just spoken's, throat. That would make sure he never speak again. Then, Irvine withdrew both swords from his back. They were long swords that were wide and had ridges near the hilt so that it tore flesh when ever it struck. Irvine twirled the swords expertly and took on the first to step forward. A man weilding a long sword was the first to step forward and he slashed downwards at Irvine's head. Irvine parried the blow easily and stabbed the man through the chest. The man fell to the ground dead. Irvine pulled his sword loose and continued. Two more stepped forward. One was weilding twin daggers and the other was using a club. Irvine brought his sword up to meet the man with the club's downward strike. His sword stuck in the wood holding it in place. The man with the twin daggers saw his chance to strike Irvine and tried to do so. He brought his dagger up and aimed for Irvine's shoulder. However, Irvine saw it coming and slashed at the man's hand, chopping it off. The man fell to his knees in pain and Irvine quickly decapitated him. The turning his attention to the man with the club, he stabbed him quickly through the gut and tugged his sword free of the club. Blood spewed forth, covering Irvine's brown, leather pants. However he didn't care, all he did care about was the fight.

The brawl continued in the same, gruesome and gorey manner as Irvine slaughtered them all. Hacking and slashing left and right. Limbs flew through the air, blood sprayed forth from each open wound. Irvine managed to kill the next to last one until he was all alone with the cowardly bartender who had stayed in the back, frozen with fear. He still had the butcher knife from before but was now chalk white. He suddenly lost feeling and dropped the knife to the floor, staring at Irvine in astonishment. Irvine smirked. He was now covered in blood and sweat from head to foot. He sheathed both swords and then began advancing on the bartender. The bartender turned to flee. Irvine smirked. He grabbed a dead man's sword and threw it as hard as he could at the open backside of the bartender. It hit dead center and it hit with such force that it actually lifted him off the ground and made him thud into the wall. The bartender was stuck to the wall, skewered through the sword. Irvine smirked and surveyed his handywork.

"Not bad...not bad..."

Irvine managed to retrieve his dagger from the dead man's throat. He cleaned it off and placed it back into it's sheath. Irvine walked over to the dead bartender. He had noticed earlier that the bartender had a pack of smokes on him. Coming up to the corpse, he saw them. They were in his apron pocket. Irvine took a ciggerete from the bartender's corpse and put it in his mouth. He searched for some matches. He found them on another dead man's body. He was about to strike the match when he got and idea.

Irvine walked over to the bar again and picked up a bottle of some Scotch. He took a large swig of the Scotch but did not allow it to slide down his throat. Instead, he sloshed it around for a few seconds and then spit it all out, spraying it forth on the bar counter. Then putting the ciggerete back in his mouth he struck the match and lit his ciggerete. Then turning, he tossed the match onto the counter and it instantly went up in flames. Irvine shrugged and took a puff from the ciggerete. He couldn't care less. Irvine walked out of the bar and looked around. There was no one about. It was perfect. Irvine took another puff from the ciggerete and flicked it away.

Soon the Pub was up in flames and it drew people out of there houses to look at the blaze. This was exactly what Irvine had wanted. He had fled to the river nearby and washed off all the blood. Then while everyone was preoccupied, Irvine set off to search for the stables to steal a horse. Finally after about 10 minutes of ducking between allyways and houses, he saw the stable. Irvine smirked and quickly looked around the corner of the house he was hiding behind. Seeing no one about, Irvine took off towards the stables. When he got inside, he looked around at all the horses. One in particular caught his eye. A pure black stallion that went by the name 'Hurricane'. Irvine smirked again. That was just his style. He let Hurricane out of his pen and saddled up. Then when he finally mounted, Irvine made sure the cost was clear. It was.

"Alright....now Hurricane! YAH!"

Irvine dug his heels into the side of Hurricane and he took off. Irvine smirked. It felt good to be alive once again. And now there was only one more thing he had to do before he went after Xol.

"I'm coming for you, Mother."

Irvine Gray was alive once more. And now he was headed for the BC once more.

Xol landed about a hundred yards from the town of Enid, unsheathing Inifity as he touched down. The sky blue flame instantly ignited as he grinned. The archers at the top of the walls all aimed at him and the imconing Dark Kaiori. One of the mani gaurds shouted to 'Halt', but kept walking.

The archers on the walls unleashed a massive volley of arrows easily equally in the low thousands. Xol swung upwards sharply sending a torrent of wind at the arrows and send a good amout back at them, impaling them on their own arrows. A huge amount still flew at Dark Kaiori though as he continued trek forward towards the main gate.

Xol swung Infinity in another large arc, releasing a wave of dark matter energy effectively turning the 100+ ton stone gate into nothing more than tiny pebbles. At the sound of the massive explosion the city went into chaos, alarms rang out and people scrambled out the back entrances and into underground caves to hide. The sounds of women and children screaming could be heard across the countyside.

Xol grinned as a hundred or so highly trained foot soldiers with various weapons ranging from axes, to pikes, to simple swords came rushing out to meet Dark Kaiori and himself. "This is the best they offer us? Pathetic..." He snarled, dashing in at the wave of fighters. He had not noticed Kenji yet, instead he focused all his attention to attacking the soldiers.

Xol was surrounded by a good 25 footsoldiers all jeering him and throwing out snide remarks, but still apprehensive seeing him destroy their stone gate with nothing more thana swipe of his sword. One soldier charged at him and Xol connected sowrds with him, slicing through it and clean through him. The two halfs of his body slid apart as Xol turned to the remaining 24 soldiers. "I suggest you run and hide while you can..." He chuckled.

The soldiers let out a batle cry that would have scared any other being, but Xol just smiled. Each one dashed in and attacked, meeting the same fate as the first untill only ten remained.

The recovering archers fired another volley of arrows, this time significantly smaller than the first. Most of the arrow were directed towards Dark Kaiori figuring she couldn't deflect them back. The remaining soldiers flocked towards Dark Kaiori as well...a good 50 or so each glaring at her before charging.

::Shaking his head at the soldiers ambitions::

They have the courage and the heart but neither of those will do against these two especially in these dark days...

::Continuing on ahead of Xol and Dark Kai, he began thinking of all he could do to save the remaining citizens without revealing himself::

Nothing...
