he is an evil villain who is a member of the organization that itachi is in and he joins Orochimaru after Orochimaru kills Kabuto

No he is a member of team 7 and ANBU root.
And the group is Akatsuki.

Unless you can show me these resources I am going to have to follow the manga where he does join orochimaru only to kill sasuke but he does not really join.
He also can not be part of both Akatsuki and with Orochimaru because they hate eachother.
Also so far in the manga kabuto is still alive so again you will have to show proof for me to change my opinion in this matter.
