This is the artist Solimena, who painted Charlsie, Markus, Aro, the oldest vampires known. I believe this is the picture Eward shows Bella in the office. This is in Twilight. Any one else think this is the picture? Or knows the actual picture shown?

That would be a brilliant question to ask Stephenie Meyer. You should email her about it, or post this on the Lexicon and see if there is any response from the Twilight Gurus there. I have no clue if it is what she was reffering to, but that would be really neat.
And it looks like how I pictured them too...

Don't quote me on this, but I don't think that's what is there. (As in..the picture isn't what is on the wall, but rather an imaginary picture from Stephenie's huge imagination.)
It isn't based off an actual picture, for if you see...none of those people are in-character. (Ok...That guy on the bottom on one knee could totally pass for glee-ful Aro. xDD)
Plus these reasons~
Stephenie Meyer said that the Volturri have nothing to do with the..however it is spelled...religion quite close to that name, so she would not(in my opinion) use a picture that existed...with an angel in it, no less.
Again, don't quote me..but..This is all my knowledge put together. >.<
But it is awesome!

Maybe Stephenie based the characters from this picture, because she did mention the artist Solimena who was an actual artist. And by the description in the book she said Solimena liked to paint them as Gods. So she made up the muse for Solimena. confused I should just ask her whee
