Do people know how to avoid Confirmation Bias? Do people know the Scientific Method? Do people take into consideration the multiple variables that occure when practicing? Do people Actually test what they can do?

psychelapis yah, I have ideas of how to test things. . but, the fact is that their is often a lack of people that are ready, willing, and able to realy test something out following certain procedures. . That is quite annoying... I wish I could find like at least 10 people with sight and put them all in different rooms and just like test

Considering most scholars define magic as neccesarily false and there's such a stigma against the study, there isn't much to be said about using the scientific method to study magic. What moreso happens is this: when something becomes explained by science, society ceases to call it magic.

Of cource lol But useing the same methods gives the tester more credibility... To proove that this does exist though it is beyond normal sences. That is what most of those "psychic": tests try to proove.
Except there procedures are pretty horrible and they always end up finding other explanations. Oh the psychic is looking into your personal records oh she could have guessed that through these means... lol
Useing alot of those methods is meant to rule out other explanations. To make sure it Couldn't be anything else. Like every person I have asked about this one spirit always gets the same answer. Anyone with reliable sences and sight. One of the EASIEST ways to test a persons sight or sences is by showing them something that isn't very changeable that others have found to be true.
Form may be changeable but some spirits always keep the same theme. Cross checking what you sence vrs others provides Reliable information.
