Did anyone notice how large (In my view) of a role Victoria played, but never technically appeared and hurt anyone? Well, there was the werewolves, but that part wasn't really shown. But really. In the water after Bella fell off the cliff, she just saw Victoria's hair, and she didn't do anything anyway. Like, how worried everyone was for Bella, how Bella was worried for Charlie, Jacob and company, and others, just for Victoria possibly appearing? Just a thought. :3

I agree. Everyone made this big deal over Victoria. They had good reason with her being after Bella, but it was like she was only there in theory.

Here's what I think:
I think that Victoria is someone much more difficult to deal with, and that's why she didn't appear yet.
Like, I know that this is a very bad comparison, try not to kill me, but sweatdrop Think about a video game. You start playing, you start leveling up. There are the bosses. Of course the weaker bosses will come first, the ones you are able to defeat. With your progress in the game, you gain more experience, become stronger (in this case, not only physically stronger, but emotionally too), until you're able to fight harder and stronger bosses.
That's how I see it 3nodding
Victoria will come back. And I think she'll pose more of a challenge than James did, seriously. And also, I don't think that Stephenie wanted to introduce Victoria's threat too quickly in the story - she'd be using up one very good conflict for the other books. 3nodding

That is weird... but I have to say I agree with UnicornPower... She WILL come back and a lot stronger... by this time Bella might even be a vampire and finish her off herself, though I doubt it...

I still stick with my opinion that Bella won't be a vampire any time soon.
I do want her to change already, but I think I'll kinda miss her being human sweatdrop I'm sure Edward will too. He loves her warm skin, and the beating of her heart, and when she blushes, and yadda yadda. I can't help but to think that that's one of the strongest reasons he won't change her, he just doesn't wanna say it, because it sounds quite... unimportant, compared to all the other matters sweatdrop
