smarts = Shikamaru
stamina = naruto
most potential = Lee
most control = Gaara
most improved = sasuke
they all have their own perks....
but....

Well... according to my Data Book... Character Parameters indicated the following...
Colors indicate levels 3 (blue) and 4 (red), 4 being the strongest. Anything lower than 3 was not taken into consideration on this list.
Ninjutsu: Sandaime Hokage, Hatake Kakashi, Gaara, Yakushi Kabuto, Ukon, Kankurou, Kidoumaru, Sakon, Kimimaro, Shizune, Shiranui Genma, Dan, Yuuhi Kurenai
Taijutsu: Maito Gai, Sandaime Hokage, Rock Lee, Kimimaro, Hyuuga Hiashi, Hatake Kakashi, Sarutobi Asuma, Jiroubou. Hyuuga Neji, Yuuhi Kurenai
Genjutsu: Sandaime Hokage, Tayuya, Yakushi Kabuto, Yuuhi Kurenai, Hatake Kakashi, Haruno Sakura
Intelligence: Sandaime Hokage, Nara Shikamaru, Hatake Kakashi, Yakushi Kabuto, Sarutobi Asuma, Umino Iruka, Haruno Sakura, Shizune, Dan, Yashamaru, Yuuhi Kurenai, Rin, Kidoumaru
Strength: Maito Gai, Jiroubou, Sarutobi Asuma

These stats, however, were collected from the 2nd Data Book, which takes place BEFORE the time jump. These stats are from the Sasuke Rescue arc (181-200 something...). Anyone guessing who is the strongest RIGHT NOW would be speculating. There is no way to tell. But I run my bets towards STRONGEST (meaning strength) towards Tsunade, Jiraiya, or an Akatsuki member.

Those would be my best guesses. I'd have to side with you there. It's really hard to say who's the strongest. Akatsuki leader's probably the best choice. I mean, he IS the leader, after all. xd ((Though Shikamaru, Kakashi, Shino, Naruto, Gaara, and Neji are "leaders" of their cells, and their pussies in comparison to other people when talking about physical strength. rofl )) I can't believe one of Kakashi's lowest stats is strength. I never would've guessed. D: 2nd weakest. His first weakest is Chakra. D:
