In the out skirts level go to the first place you see a flashing light and jump on the halogen light in that "alley" turn right and jump on the roof top there and go through the dead end passage at the wall there is a skull that will make you invisible the entire level. (can be done on any difficulty not just legendary)

it doesnt make you invisible it just makes your HUD go away, and this is alreaddy in the skull topic
