hellsing is one of the best manga's i ever read but the anime sucked...i mean it's not that it was bad but it was way too short they should have made it alot longer.

I've seen the anime, but only read a few of the manga. So far, though, the manga seems better. I love Alucard. He's AWESOME.

Hellsing ultimate is the best
It is an almost direct transition from Manga to anime for the series..Not many cuts or changes.

The manga's better, but I will make this one comment: I prefer shorter animes. Twenty-six episodes or shorter are ideal, though fifty-two isn't too horrid, though they do tend to drag on. An exception is Full Metal Panic, but I was laughing my head off the whole time. ALMOST the whole time, at least.
And, Alucard rocks my socks, though I kinda felt sorry for him...
