We got her last march from a rescue home and since then she's become a real part of the family. She was found in the road after being hit by a car, without a collar or identity chip, and we saw an advert for her in the local vets and bought her home the next day.
When we got her she was very thin and in bad condition and was very nervous around men, because she'd been abused quite badly. D:
Nowadays, she's filled out, shiny haired and healthy and a real people dog. Luckily, someone had trained her really well and she's a dream on and off the lead, in the car, and doesn't mind being alone too much.
Pen when we first got her-

Penny in the park looking soppy-

Me and Penny [She looks evil & I look retarded!]
