Thanks to a specific music teacher of mine, the other quest for Billy has been postponed until Fluff gets to at least 7 RPs completed. Yey.
Wha: Twins customs decorated with bass and treble clefs with scattered musical notes. As for their names, the bass clef will be a male named either Bass or Majorca. The treble will either be Treble or Minorca.
Wai: Because, apon entering high school, I found my calling in life. Music. I love it so much and music is simply the only thing that keeps us alive. We would never know what our heartbeat sounds like because we wouldn't know what ryhthm is. Without music, our souls will be lost in our own simplicity of life. Music keeps the world going around. I love music symbols anyway.

I'm pretty sure you're thinking right now, "Wai is Fluff's Thread mascot Penelo from FFXII?"
She doesn't know. Fluff thinks Penelo is similar to her and Vaan is similar to her real life boyfriend. There's some pairing in there considering Penelo is supposedly Vaan's girlfriend.
We'll just wait until Jeff finishes FFXII.
