03... is very spaztic. A group of myself and a few others have tried meeting with him a number of times. We were among the group that first met him. He would come, and before we would be able to ask our question, he would... well, here's a list of what he did.
1) Said "Someone's coming" and dash off (some random person walked through seconds later o_o)
2) Offered free items (and then spent much time sending them out)
3) Offered to set up a fishing room, then sat and fished with us until randomly disappearing
After this, we were determined to meet with him and get our questions answered- but he never showed up again neutral
I remember once, in Towns, I asked him to read a PM that asked him to come meet with us. He then yelled, "EVERYONE, I HAVE AN URGENT QUESTION!!
... DID ANYONE WATCH SMALLVILLE LAST NIGHT? I MISSED LIKE, 45 MINUTES OF IT!"
Then he spent a good amount of time trying to get answers from the person who said they watched it. The jerk never answered my question...
