Well, I've been playing around with the idea of editing lazers into my images. And I've found out that the Gaussian blur. And well it works pretty well. But first when you create the new layer, you need to make sure it is set to screen and it is set to neutral color(black). If you need help with this I'll gladly explain it. Well ladies and gentleman I give you.... Ronald Raygun!!!!

It's Reagan dear. Anyways, no offense but to me it looks like something anybody could do on paint. maybe if you blurred it some more and maybe added a glow?

I know how to spell his name. It's just the "Reagen" rhymes with "Raygun". And it's not a crappy MS paint edit.

If you look around the red line or "AKA" the lazer you would see the glow.

I don't see a glow. I see a slight blur, but thats it. And I didn't say it WAS a paint edit, i said it LOOKED like a paint edit.
