somehow, i just don't want FFVII to end. you get soo close to the final boss. and you still hang around for the fun. is that just weird?

Hmm... I feel just the same every time I play the game... It's so atmospheric and so well written that I just wish it lasted forever... No matter what RPG I play, I always compare it to this game... So far, nothing comes close... burning_eyes This is the masterpiece of Squaresoft...

i see nothing wrong with wanting it to continue. after playing through the first 2 discs you get to know the characters, their strengths, fears, history... you start to think of them as people not just characters in a video game. you grow to love them

I have a bad habit of getting to the final battle and just not doing it for a long while. I'll visit old places like several time in a row, fight monsters though I know they are weak, just to post pone ending the game.

It isnt wierd at all... I remember the first time I played through I got to the "crater" and started the game over because knowing Final Fantasy, I had not expeirienced the whole game.

I didn't want to play against the final boss either but FFVII is the only game where I'm interested in the ending so I continued playing. smile

No that is perfectly normal I have wished that there were 4 discs many times all it really is is the want to continue playing because you get THAT addicted to it.
Good bye from your favorite swashbuckling sword mastering pirate, Nero.
