Well now it's the new year and I'm ready to bring in the new and out with the old.. especially those who haven't posted or barely posted. I don't want to do an outright ban.. but is that the only option? I don't know.
Any suggestions?

There are a lot of guild members here, and a lot of them have never posted. Not even once. We should clean up a bit. Not to the point where if you aren't involved in everything we do then you're gone, but those people who have done nothing at all. Thats just my opinion.

Well I wouldn't exactly blame them. This Guild has been inactive for quite some time. So is not like people would feel like rushing to post.
Anyways, yeah there's people that isn't even playing anymore so why not kick them out?.. in that sense I do agree

Oh s**t! I feel bad. But I don't even know how the hell this person is. Sound of Wolf Dear MP. Thanks from banning me from your guild. Might I recomend making your ban statement less rude, however. Due to recent ******** events, if you would ever take the time to look a guild member profiles- you'd understand that I completly disapeared due to IRL reasons. Have a nice ******** day -Sound the Jobless.- Should I apologize or what? Or just brush it off?

Alright, I've been modding guilds for over a year and a half now, so I'm going to tell you now Moonlight, that thing with that member was not your fault.
It is the member's responsibility to inform the guild captain and/or crew if they're missing.
It's not our job to keep tabs on him.
Also, I think we should PM our remaining members with an invite back to become active,and ask them to bring some friends along. Some of them will come back once they see the guild doing something again.

I know it isn't. I was planning on telling him off... but I'll let his PM go offline. I think with the people who I did had to kick out was because they NEVER posted. Even if they were in this guild, I gave them the chance... but did they ever? No. I let the people stay with at least one post, because I know they tried.
I think we should recruit from the gaming forums and stuff to see if they want to join.

That either I didn't say anything at all because I got tired of typing. Or "Never made a post. Doesn't need to belong to a guild they never post in." Or something like that.

Well personaly the only reason why I stopped was coz it seemed like the part of the story with the group I was in suddenly screached to a grinding holt...I worked so hard on my charachter too...it was fun while it lasted though. Im still up for another game once it gets started though xd

Yeah I know... but I decided against it. Anyways, if they even made one ******** post, they would still be in the guild. The people that didn't make any posts though, they were booted.

Look darlin, the long and short of it is that they were not participating to a club that THEY had apply to get into. You did nothing wrong. They were just offended in the same way that I am when people pass me on the highway, they didn't want to be passed up but they had no intention of changing. In other words, ******** em. They will get over it.
