Did anyone else see it? I bought it. I found myself disappointed and loving it at the same time. The battle was so much better! They added quite a bit into it and I don't see why any of the cut scenes would have made the movie anything more than pg. I was disappointed though, that there was only about 8 minutes of extra stuff. I had heard somewhere that there was half and hour extra, but there wasn't. What they put in again was good though and it was fun to watch. I'll be keeping my dvd and watching that one from now on instead of the regular theatrical version.
But, I did get my money's worth though. There's a whole movie on C.S. Lewis, and in the other special feature disc, the "visualizing narnia" feature is 2 and a half hours long, which is as long as a movie. So it's like getting 2 extra movies with the extended narnia movie. Anyway, I loved it, leave your comments.
(I know this guild isn;t very active, but if anyone comes on, you can find this. This is like my first post in the guild in a few months. Wow, this guild is kind of dead-ish. [I say ish because maybe it'll pick up when the next movie starts to come out in 2008, wow thats a long time.])

but I thought they'd put the dancing coronation scene in it..*shrugs* but i guess not. sad

yeah, i got it for Christmas too. 3nodding i liked it. i thought some extended stuff was... well... understandably removed. but i also thought some should have been kept in. but all in all, it's definitely worth buying. plus, the rest of the extra features were awesome as well. and i too liked Peter's line "She's faster than she looks!" and one last thing... when my brother and i watched it, we both were laughing when Lucy saw the fish in the ice at the Beavers' dam. :XP: "You cut out the fish! Why did you cut out the fish? I like the fish! The fish was cute." haha.
p.s. yeah, this guild IS dead-ish... but yes, it will most likely pick back up when PC comes out. biggrin
