Ok ive been playing for a year now and i am sill have no clue waht the hell detents, are. I have takien my ion apart hundreds of times and ye ti have never seen any detents. What the hell are they and what do they do?

Detents are what retain the ball from rolling out of the breech. On your Ion when you take the body off and then you see the eye board, right next to the eye board is the detents(they are the circle things).

it keeps balls from rolling down your barrel before you shoot the gun. Aka Anti Double Feed. with force feed loaders like pulse,halo,and vlocity, if you have weak detents it can cram half a hopper down your barrel and you wont even know it till you shoot.

oook, thanks, il have to check them out when i get my new body, i dont want to have to disassemble my gun until then, with my virtue board and my membrane theres so many wires its a pain in the butt to take apart.
