Ukomo yawned as she lay on her side, enjoying the early-morning sunlight. She had been very pleased with her exploring lately, but she'd been getting bored. She wanted to do something new! More exciting!
She slowly sat her small frame up, tail flicking back and forth. Already she was becoming a graceful little thing, the 'perfect' lioness cub. In her mind, anyhow. She slowly slid off of the rock, her front two paws hitting her earth and then followed her hind two.
She began to walk through the grass, which was almost taller than her, in search of a new game. Maybe she could practice her hunting some more! She liked the pretty blood of the small animals, she liked how it matched her eyes.

The door to darkness had opened once again, letting out the smallest creature you'd find inside. Sneaking away was no trouble for the small blood cub. With 3 other siblings for this parents to watch out for, they had their hands full. Plus, with his sister sneaking off, they were always running after her. After all, who would think that little Ukir Mtima'Kasa would /ever/ do something wrong.
The large form of priderock loomed just by the horizon. Chocolate orbs widened before smirking. He must really be far from his parents. Oh well, he'd return to them one day. but at this time..
"Now..what thats?"
He asked outloud, loping at a cubs pace towards the large landform. He stuck out like a sore thumb amongst the brown and green grasses. After all, his form was that of a blood red.

Uko smirked as she eyed the small rabbit just ahead. "Think you can hide behind a bush, do you?" Her voice was soft and airy, yet something dangerous was definetly contained in it.
She began to stalk forward, belly almost flat to the ground, when her crimson eyes spotted a form equally as crimson as them. She smirked and began to change her stalking corse. The rabbit could wait, messing with cubs was much more fun!

As he reached closer, the scent of something entered his nostrils. A low cublike growl emitted from his maw as he hunched low to the ground. Chocolate eyes scanned the area for the scent's bearer. He spotted a bush, nothing more. Narrowing his eyes, he began to prowl forward, instead of walking towards Priderock. Whoever this was, he could tkae them! He was strong!

She smirked. "Biggest mistake of your life.." She breathed out, her words a little more than a breath. She got close, and suddenly sprang at him with a cub-like 'roar' or lack of one. His coat was beautiful... maybe she could rip a piece off and keep it forever!

His ears pinned back at the roar and the pounce. What the?! With wide eyes, the male cub snarled, unsheathing his claws fully prepared for a fight. It was another cub, about the same size of him, only darker in pelt. The one thing he caught sight of well was those red eyes. Like blood, they matched his pelt. A smirk drew across his maw again. He wouldn't let this newcomer get the best of him!
Wrestling with the other cub, Ukir made growls, snorts and snarls towards the attacker. "You're gonnapay!" He growled, biting at one of the charcoal female's paws.

She whined slightly at his biting and clawing but she knew she should give as good as she got with her playful days with her other siblings. "Oh really!" She mocked him, rolling her eyes and taking a mouthful of his ear and tugging with a growl. She tried to throw her weight to one side so she could be back on top.
