Races will be in this thread. Summaries will be below but for more detailed information, just scroll down in this thread. (Work in progress)
Regulars :: Regular Faekats are the most common and popular of the pets.
Baddies :: Baddies are the most common ebil race.
Pures :: Pures are the a good race to keep baddies in check.
Majerae :: Highly magical faekats. Female only.
Nymphae :: Charming and alluring race. Female only.
Kryenae :: Intelligent and Telekinetic male only race.
FaeRoo :: Kangaroo Race. (art by Iris_Virus)
FaeFox :: Cunning and sly fox race.
FaeBear :: Strong, big but lazy bear race.
FaeDragon :: Egotistical but loyal/honorable male only Race.
Drafina :: Intelligent and artistic dragonkats.
Guardina :: A genderless angelic race.
Deities :: Gods/Goddesses.
Vampires :: The vampires are perhaps the darkest of all the faekat races. .
Holykats :: The Holykats are clerics that put their life on the line... for their faith.
Meankis :: The Meanki believe themselves to be the most beautiful of all the races. Female Only.
Faeries :: Good or Ebil Faery Faekats.
FaeElves :: Various Clans of Elven Faekats.
Angelique :: Slave to Deities.
Angelics :: Lesser Angeliques. No Deity Masters.
Freaks :: Freaks of Nature.
Lothfera :: Info to come.
MerKats :: Oceanic counterparts to the Faekats.
Turk'iss :: FaeTurtles that prefer to surf than worry. Male Only.
Maetai :: The mystical race of the ocean. Female Only.
Nagah :: A darkhearted race that has an afinity with potions.

Special Editions :: Special Editions are based on whatever character they were created from. So each special edition will vary on race and abilities. However, keep in mind that the faekats are not the real characters in question so please don't bring in unnaturally strong weapons or mention characters not in the world of Faetasia. Also, you must make sure you do not godmod these pets. Tone them down as much as possible.

Regulars

Regular Faekats are the most common of the races. They are mischievous but good-hearted. They enjoy the companionship of friends and believe life is meant to be enjoyed!
They are the most open-minded of the races as well, often accepting all races as equal and avoiding conflict with others. Because of their generosity and compassion, they are the race most pleased with by the Gods.

Baddies

The "Baddies" are the ebil Faekat race. They are mean, especially to the regular Faekat, are often bullies and can even treat their masters/owners with sarcasm even though they are bound to them. The are quite a bit rarer than the regular Faekat. Just because they are mean doesn't mean the normal Faekat rules don't apply. Baddies only fall in love once too. Though they are more inclined to breed without mating, they still only share that special love for one person only. Just might take them longer to fall in love, ni?

Pures

The "Pures" are the good Faekat race. They try to protect the regular Faekat from the ebil ones. They are kind, sweet and generous. They get along wonderful with their masters/owners. They are quite a bit rarer than the regular Faekat. They believe that the regular faekats should be cherished and adored, not bullied like the Baddies do. The pures are everything the baddies aren't: Honorable, Friendly, Loving. They are truly sweet and gentle faekats.

Majerae

While it's true that all the Faekat have magic abilities, the Majerae are pure magic. They are the most powerful of the Faekat. They are often neutral in alignment as if the sided with either good or ebil, they most likely would cause that side to win. They care usually for themselves and are very loyal to their masters/owners. This race is female only. This being the case, they end up mating with other species. The girl children always come out as majerae though and the male like their fathers. This preserves the race and helps it to grow.

Nymphae

The Nymphae are the beautiful race. They will use their beauty to their full advantage too, often manipulating the male species. They are so good at what they do that even the ebils and pures can be swayed by them. It is not known if this race is good or ebil.. due to the fact there's so few of them. They use their masters/owners to their full advantage, oftentimes getting spoiled. This race is female only. The same thing happens to majerae when they breed as does the Nymphae. All female children come out as Nymphae.

Kryenae

The Kryenae are quite powerful too. Instead of using magic, they have telekinetic abilities. They can move and manipulate things with their mind, with mere thought. They are often peaceful Faekat, loyal to their masters/owners and just wanting to live day to day, having fun. This race is male only. Their male children will always come out like kryenae and the female children will come out like the mother. Rumor is that the Kryenae fancy the Nymphae race the most. I do not know if this is true!

FaeRoo are similar to Faekats except they are Kangaroo and very nomadic by nature. They don't like to stay in one place for too long so make wonderful adventurers. The adults do have wings but the wings are separate from their bodies. No one has quite figured it out. FaeRoo can have babies but they do not appear until they are youths. They spend most of their young life within the mothers pouch.

FaeFox are cunning, they are slyer and faster. They can fly as well as jump high or long distances. While not ebil, faefoxes have a joy with plaing tricks and such on their fellow kin. Often they will go to great lengths to prove their quickness of mind or foot. They make the best spies, scouts or tricksters. They are the swiftest Faepet on land and average swimmers as well. They hate physical combat and will only participate if there's other people involved and they are just 'helping' out.

Panda Faebear
Panda Faebears are a rare and limited species of Faebear that was offered to help with Cyrwyrnn's panda bear quest. They are just like regular Faebears, just exotic and rare.
FaeBears
FaeBears are among the laziest of the FaePets. They love lounging about, rolling in the grass or just daydreaming. However, they have a hidden strength in them that comes out when they are riled up or angry. In fact, their strength triples! You just don't want to be in a fight with a pissed off FaeBear, take my word for it. FaeBears are a little larger than the other FaePets but smaller than the FaeDragons.

FaeDragons are a male only race that are quite full of themselves. In many ways they are barbaric as they believe it's the mans place to take care of the women.
Sadly, they had come to Faetasia Island because while they were on a hunting trip, a huge monster attacked their home, killing all their women and many of their children.
In order to preserve their race, they were forced to find female faecreatures elsewhere that were compatible enough with them to allow for breeding. They found this here at Faetasia Island.
In return for the chance to save at least the male species of their race, they have vowed to protect Faetasia against all odds, putting their life at the stake. They are the most honorable race in the Faekat world though this does not make them nice.

Drafina

Drafina are from another island of Faetasia called Seron. During a trading group with the Fae-dragons they learnt about the attack and followed the Fae-dragons to the main land to find new creatures to trade with and gain information. They are a very quiet race of Fae-dragons with a love for the arts and poetry. They will usually have a muse they look towards and often times they will pledge small gifts of sonnets or songs to their muse of choice, be it the sun, a fair voice or a pretty face.
All drafina are telepathic with their own in a respect. While they cannot read minds, they can communicate with each other and can open up channels to communicate with other fae-creatures. They do have a weakness for pretty gems and will covert any they see to keep them in a secluded place. They also will place part of their spirit in a special gem that is kept with them at all times. The believe that it will give them everlasting life and is the gift they share with their mate when they join. Drafina would rather die than loose thei mates for this reason, for when their mate dies, so does the gem, and their spirit.

Guardina

The Guardina is a genderless angelic race that watches over an owners faekats. Each owner can have no more than ONE Guardina. They work directly from the gods and are the second most powerful race in existance because of this. Guardina have minor healing powers and are very good at mediation. They can never love someone more than a friend so are only suited for other Guardina as they they live forever and should not have to experience the pain of death with a lover, etc.

Deities

The God/Goddess Faekats are just that. They rule over and help guide the faekats, often times making appearances and granting special favors. It's very rare to see a God or Goddess faekat but is usually always a blessing. There's many different kinds of gods/goddesses that cover various domains. Their images and individual bio will be at the god section of the roleplay thread.

Vampires

Vampires are undead Faekats that try to co-exist in the faekat world. They are ebil, they are to be feared. Regular vampires are just that, they are independent and tend to be loners. Clan Vampires are more unified and have individual beliefs based on their clan. The one thing I want to mention here is that I will no longer tolerate the existance of Blood Dolls. That means no mortal can ask a vampire to bite them. Fear them. Also, no mortal can ask a vampire to embrace them. The only ones able to embrace are the special edition Elders, Methuselahs, Antediluvian and Baali. They have limited embracings. They choose you. If you go to them and ask, you will probably be denied all the faster. This race is no longer available in any shape or form for now.
