A gaint tree stood on top of a hill that overlooked a large river passing by.
Kyria was panting as she reached the top of the hill. "He has to be here somewhere." she huffed to herself as she neared the tree. She had been searching for Eeel ever since he left. She had a few questions to ask him....

Eeel's ears twitched as he thought he heard something behind him. 'Maybe it is more meat..' he thought to himself, even though he wasn't hungry. Sighing, he stopped and turned towards whatever was approaching him. He figured it was some other kind of creature, but was suprised when he saw a similar figure. His one eye tried to focus in, but had to wait until whoever it was approached.

Kyria finally reached the top but had to take a break. She snapped her head up and looked at the tree. As she squinted, she could make out a figure beside it. She stood up and ran toward it hoping it was the person she was looking for.

Eeel noticed the figure was moving faster towards him, and when they hit a glint of light it appeared to be another Ulaya. He put his legs out wider, in case it was someone coming in for an attack. "You just couldn't get enough of me.." He sighed, sighing. He hadn't noticed who it was, yet.

Kyria finally got close enough to see who it was. "It's Eeel!" she chirped triumphantly. She slowly came to stop about five feet away. She caustiously sat down without taking her eyes of him.

It appeared a female was in front of him, and he lightened his grip of the earth, for she looked like she wasn't a threat. His one eye scoped her, and he was unsure of why she had followed him. "Yes?" Is all that came out of his mouth. He was grumpy and awaiting his nap.

"Sorry for disturbing you...."Kyria replied. "But I wanted to ask you a few questions about yourself. I hope you don't mind." Even though she was scared of him she wanted to prove to Madu that she could do this on her own.

He walked closer to her, and he slouched his back in a lazy position. "Questions? How interesting.. though.. not." He sighed and sat on the ground as well. "Well? Please speak. You are a cute female and all but I am extremely tired, so forgive me for looking so sleepy." He yawned, put his face under his paw to scratch an itch.

He looked up, and laughed. "Wow, you are blatent, aren't you." He thought for a second and then eyed her again. "Why? You want to go back there and tell all your friends crap about me? Would that make you feel better about yourself? Then fine, yes I am alone. Happy now?" He stood up, annoyed.

"For your information they aren't my friends!" she shouted. "I just wanted to get to know you better. There is no way you really can be as mean as you make yourself out to be." It was true that they weren't her friends. She hardly knew them.

"Well then forgive me." He bowed his head to her, and sat back down. "So, what else do you want to ask then? You haven't made any judgements about me, and I shouldn't do the same to you" He smiled at her.

Kyria smiled at seeing him smile. 'He looks very handsome when he does that. He should smile more often.' she thought happily. "I know this might be a bit personal, but how did you get that scar over your eye?" she asked sadly as she looked at it.

"When I was born, it was a tradition in my pack that the two biggest sons would fight. Well, me and my brother fought, and I lost. I loved my brother, so I didn't care. He was better at that stuff, so I wanted him to win. It was only supposed to mean shame and weakness, but in my fathers case, he blinded my eye.." He crossed his red eye to scoff at his silver eye. "I attacked my father and damaged his face badly, but was bombarded and kicked out of my pack. So, that should answer both questions, my scar and my alone'ness."

"Oh, I see." she replied with a slight frown. 'That's horrible.' she thought sadly. Even though she had grown up without anyone, her pain of loneliness was nothing compared to what he had faced. She decided to change the subject to something lighter. "What do you like to do in your spare time besides eatting, drinking, and sleeping?" She asked.
