Its a cartoon with this little vietnamese guy and this announcer says all this funny stuff about him and wont leave him alone.Its not racist or anything.Its very funny.This announcer is talking about this little 5 year old vietnamese boy being a real american hero from america and all these movies but the kid doesnt know what hes talking about.Its worth a watch.

I've watched Dr. Tran. It's a very funny little video. At first I was a little offended and I felt kinda bad for the little guy too. But then it was just funny so...yea. I'm Vietnamese and my last name is Tran, so the little boy kinda reminded me of my brother xd
