I personally thought the death of Aeris was the most depressing... crying crying crying
I hated losing her! I balled my eyes out! and thats the first time ive felt such emotion for a game character! crying crying crying crying crying crying crying gonk crying

I would have to agree with you...i would complain about losing her to my sister...eventhough she didn't care, i just felt i had to tell someone...

i told my completely clueless friend... she had no idea what i was talking about but she was nice enough to listen to my grieving... i think she tinks im gay... i dont really blame her! blaugh
although i told her that this is my first time ever feeling emotion for an animated character... sweatdrop

Although i dislike Aeris i found that scene pretty sad. It was good because i liked Sephiroth but it was sad because of the music

I hated that scene due to the sadness... crying
Of course, it didn't help to have her song playing during the JENOVA fight immediately after that. Then, seeing her in the water and then just let go by Cloud... crying
Then, just the story with Rinoa (I think that's her... Been a while since I played FFVIII) was sad too near the end.
I'd have to say though that out of the scenes I've witnessed, the Queen's summoning of Odin in FFIX that destroyed the tree village was the saddest. That and anything involving Vivi in general.

o.O... umm... ok... either i'm just emotionally distant or you guys are crazy but... the Aeris thing wasn't really that sad... like, really...

sorry just... they really dont seem all THAT sad... o.o... i played throughout those games without once having to hold myself in from crying or anything
FF6 was sad though... especially the opera, and the part where locke and celes are talking in Albrook (i think it's albrook...) at night... that was some sad stuff. mainly just the music though... that song always gets me >.> <.<...
Yuna's speech at the end of FFX... that was a good one
hmm... *thinks* Locke and that one girl... *forgets her name currently* who's dead and sleeping... now that's some kinda sad stuff right there o.o...
umm... the end of KH... man that one was sad... the end of FF8 too... for the longest time until selphie and her camera...
then there was... Zanarkand's music... that was a seriously eerie/sad theme
hmm... and.... *thinks*... hmm... can't think of any other's for now... but ya, >.> <.<...

Yea definatly Aeris's death was the worst.
Particularly the music they played upset me....nice tune.
I think it's kinda pointless gettin her ultimate weapon 1 boss battle before she snuff's it.

i loved FFX others think it sucked, but i loved it... and the zanarkand song was very eerie although i felt a pull everytime i heard it, it was just reall sad! crying
and Yunas speech was also touching, but i thought Aeris' death was still the saddest! crying

Pierre42 Yea definatly Aeris's death was the worst. Particularly the music they played upset me....nice tune. I think it's kinda pointless gettin her ultimate weapon 1 boss battle before she snuff's it. i felt like i wasted my time leveling her up and i got really connected with that charactere RIGHT before she died! gonk crying especially after the date at the golden saucer... sweatdrop

Tyr Hawk sorry just... they really dont seem all THAT sad... o.o... i played throughout those games without once having to hold myself in from crying or anything Just because you don't cry doesn't make it sad. I personally didn't have to hold back tears for any of those scenes I mentioned either, but those are still the ones I found as the saddest.

ya, i know. but still they weren't that sad... i was more angry that she died than sad... you get everything for her, finalyl get her last weapon and you get to use it once before she dies... once... that seriously irked me...
but anywho >.> <.<... i didn't even have a date with aeris at the gold saucer, i got tifa 3nodding

Teta's death scene if FFT. She was so sweet, so innocent, and just got caught by mistake. She died for no reason at all...and that ******** Algus just not caring at all. She's a commoner...not worth anything to him. I hate Algus so much.
