Welcome to the Happy Birthday Project full of happiness and, you guessed it-- birthdays! And who better to host it than Yuki and Kotori's favorite guy-- me, Gackt Camui! Now for all you guys thinking, "Pssh.. I can beat Gackt's sexiness any day!" You're wrong. According to Yuki and Kotori, I am the sexiest man alive. And apparently, so is Kuja and Sokhum. Now, I know what you're probably thinking.. "Oh? But Gackt can't possibly speak English!" LIES! I can speak English along with other great languages. Now, I know you all are also thinking "Gackt isn't on Gaia, he's a fake." I am so not fake. Why don't you meet me in real life? Maybe then you'll believe me.
Anyways, have fun in the birthday bliss!

Now, as well all know.. to every good thing in this guild, there has to be..*BAM*

Fine. Anyways, to every good guild there has to be rules set specifically for things. So, for all you wanderers around here.. let's read the rules!

1. Do NOT flame or spam people on their birthday. It's not very nice to do that. People want to be happy on their birthday, not upset.
2. Don't beg for gold on your birthday, please! Art, is okay.. but gold, no. .__. Actually, don't even beg for anything. They are GIFTS. It's better to give than recieve. o___o; *drools over the sight of Gackt*

3. PLEASE use only one account for the HBP. It's very mean to use many accounts and different birthdays to get any gifts.
*glomps Gackt for seeing him smile and laugh* XD!
4. You must remember that all guild rules still apply here. I'll be damned if I have to ban a lot of people because of stupid "mistakes" of people breaking rules. NO BIRTHDAY CYBERING. Playful humping like *humps Gackt* is fine, as long as it doesn't go any further..

5. Don't send PMs. DON'T. I don't want any PMs about applying, and neither does Yuki. We are the ones running this, of course.. if your slow mind hasn't realised it yet.
