you apply like any other job although i used networking in order to get the job. Thats really the only reason i got the job because i live very far away i get flown into washington every second weekend.

It's too late to get into the Shadowrun beta now, I think. You had to sign up through Microsoft, and every week or so they let more and more people in.
I still haven't made it in, but I'm keeping up hope. Shadowrun looks extremely fun, and I love beta testing (it makes me feel useful =) ).
