*Bodies by Drowning Pool hits the arena as EEW Champion "The Talent" Cartwright makes his way to the ring with a mic as the crowd gives a mixed reaction.*
"Ladies and Gentlemen, please give a warm reaction to your champion...ME!" Cartwright gloats to another huge mixed reaction.
"Now let's talk business. On January 10th 2007 I defend this little beauty, the EEW Championship, against a veteran of the ring....Jarel Damone.
"Jarel is actually EEWs first tag team champion with his brother Brandon Damone, so we already know what to expect...a great match! I may not have experienced the type of matches and pain that Jarel has in my blossoming career, but I have youth and talent on my side! That makes all the difference when facing the older vets!
"So, Jarel, I watched your video after my title victory. Now I want to see if you are the real deal! Get you arse out here to this ring now!" says a pumped-up Cartwright.

the lights go down as Unholy Alliance begins to play. Fog rolls in as the audience lights their lighters and Jarel eventually steps out onto the stage with Brandon behind him, the tag team titles around their waists. Jarel leads the way to the ring, his eyes hidden behind his sunglasses but nonetheless locked on Cartwright. He stops in front of the ring for a while, looking in at Cartwright, before turning and walking up the stairs. Jarel raises his arms and the lights come back on. the audience puts out their lighters as Jarel steps into the ring. He removes his trenchcoat and sunglasses, as well as his title belt, and hands them to Brandon, who remains on the outside of the ring. Brandon hands him a mic and Jarel waits as the crowd very loudly cheers for him. Finally, as they calm down, he begins to speak.
"There are many pour unfortunate warriors that have come along, and every last one of them has decided that they have what it takes to topple the Dragon. And one by one, each and every one of them has felt the wrath of the Dragon. Not one warrior in the years i've graced this ring has managed to truly keep me down. And i intend to keep it that way."
Jarel pauses as the crowd cheers. Finally he resumes speaking.
"You currently possess the one thing i desire, the EEW championship. The one thing i crave at this point is to be a four time World champion. And the one thing you fail to realize is that I can do much more than take your title. I can take a living, breathing, young superstar such as yourself and beat him, and batter him and leave him a broken shell of a man. And the thing about it is, I can do it by myself. Let me tell you why they call me the Dragon, son. I fight with honor and decency, meaning i fight my own battles. Brandon there, doesn't interfere in a match unless somebody else interferes first. He's merely there to watch and learn from his older brother, who, like a mythical dragon, possesses much wisdom when it comes to this business. And like a dragon, my fury is destructive. Those men you saw in those videos all brought out my fury. And each and every one of them paid a high price. Every person that has ever stepped into the ring with me received the beating they deserved, whether they managed to win or lose. What i see standing before me is a man who thinks he can look into the eyes of the Dragon and show no fear. The question is, are you really and truly afraid that i will do to you what i have done to so many others and beat you, and batter you, and leave you a bloody mess in the middle of the ring?"

Cartwright stares back at The Dragon.
"You talk about fighting with honour and decency, but what sort of decent human being does the things you do? I watched your video after my title victory. You are not honourable or decent, you are a thug who takes pleasure in the pain and suffering of others. I dread to think what your little brother will become!
"However, I can not let a mere video scare me. I have something very important to me to protect and that is this baby right here, The EEW Championship! I can not let it get into the hands of somebody like you Jarel. This championship stands for something you will never understand."
Cartwright raises the championship to a mixed reaction. He continues to stare at Jarel.

"You are a very stupid little man. In this business, honor and decency means simply getting the job done yourself, without someone else helping you gang up on your opponents. You see, each of my 3 world titles was won with my blood, my sweat, my tears. You say you've got youth on your side? There's an old saying that age ain't nothin but a number, and it aptly fits this situation. There is no one anywhere that can say they had to help me gang up on one little idiot. I beat people on my own. Just like I'm going to beat you to a bloody pulp when we step into the ring on January 10, 2007. You see, each of those pour warriors that fell to my wrath, took me to the point where there was no other choice. Now since you've seen those videos then you understand that EEW is my type of environment. Let me fill you in on something, boy. I've listened to these so called hardcore legends Mick Foley and the Sandman try to prove that they really are hardcore. And while I agree that they both are hardcore, neither one of them has ever done what i've done in the ring. Neither one of them is as extreme as i am. And in just a little over a week's time, you will find out the true meaning of extreme."
the crowd cheers for Jarel, as he's always been a fan favorite and they seem to look forward to his next victim in the ring.
"Which brings me to my next point. I think it's time to make the main event match a little more interesting. I find normal matches fit sometimes, but other times, it's time to add some excitement. Now i realize that this is the point in which people would expect me to challenge you to one of my specialties, a hell in a cell, a casket, or a buried alive match. I doubt it would be surprising if i challenged you to a punjabi prison match, as i'm the only person outside of the undertaker and the big show to compete in one. But instead, what i'm going to do is grant you the chance of a lifetime. I'm going to let you name whatever match type you think will give you an advantage. that way when i beat you, there'll be no complaining."

"I see. You want to use a stipulation that is in MY favor as a excuse for your own defeat. That is not a problem, it makes things far more interesting! As for this crowd, I can't believe you are supporting this guy! You all make me sick!"
*The crowd begins to boo Cartwright, they want Jarel to defeat him for sure now!*
((Switches to full heel mode!))
"Anyway, being a old-timer such as yourself, I am sure there is a stipulation that will suit my youth perfectly! I prupose....a Ladder Match! Imagine this guy, his back will probably give in as he makes his first step up the ladder!"
*The crowd cheers for Jarel as Cartwright smirks at his own comments!*

*The lights shut down and a mysterious voice sounds*
Voice: Cartwright, Cartwright, Cartwright.........You have no idea what you're getting yourself into. The Dragon has brought down all people that have opposed him. Shall I go down the list? I don't think I could as it's too long of a list to say. But I will say this. In ACW (Abbadon Championship Wrestling) this man demolished me in a hell in a cell...which he almost killed me that time by throwing me off of the cell right onto concrete!.....He also buried me alive in a Buried Alive match........Well guess what, I'm back....and this time........I'm here to help him...... *Lights come back on and the ring starts getting covered with fog*
*A hand comes up from the middle of the ring* *Up appears Steve Sparks' head in a dead trance*

Jarel smiles as he sees Sparks come up through the ring. He had to give Sparks his respect for being the one and only man to throw him off the cell. But he turns to cartwright.
"You say a ladders match, huh? You want to make old timer jokes when in fact i'm only 32 years old? I suppose you think you're funny. I think you're an a**. As anyone could see, i'm still in damn good shape for a man that has dished out and taken the punishment that i have. As far as the match goes, i say bring on your ladders. It'll make my life that much easier to have my favorite weapon to demolish you with. I accept your stipulation, and I'll make sure you choke on it."
Jarel spares a glance at Sparks.
"Oh, and Cartwright, you saw how i work. I wouldn't worry about Sparks or Brandon interfering. They know i don't need any help. But that's only as long as you keep whoever the hell might be in cahoots with you out. I want this settled between us one on one."

Cartwright looks up at Sparks and tries not to show any emotion. eek
"I know I am funny! When I talk about old, Jarel, I talk about that bruised and battered body of yours. I am in 100% perfect and talented condition! As you climb your last ladder at GAC and as I throw you off it, you will be falling into your own personal hell as I keep what is rightfully mine!"
*Looks up again at Sparks still in surprise.*
"Not another Jarel supporter, and this guy buried you alive and still like him! I dare to think what ACW was like with Jarel torturing everybody he could get his hands on!
"You better stay there pal, because your going to lose to a guy who made his name getting past barrier after barrier....or should that be falling off each cell after cell?"

Jarel narrows his eyes, a sign of irritation.
"Bruised body is it? For that little comment, I think i'll just force you into early retirement. As for what i did in ACW, what i did was give them the highest rated matches that particular company has had since it started. You see, the fans love to see a good show, and that's what i give to them. If i have to bleed in the process, i don't see the harm in it. What you fail to realize is that it's not a matter of those i've beaten liking me. It's a matter of me earning their respect. My idol and icon the undertaker made a very famous and very fitting quote once. 'I've seen the best, I've fought the best, and I've beaten the best.' And it stands true. So when GAC comes around, when i grab you by your pencil neck, and lift you up..." mimes the gesture as he speaks. "And up, and up, and drop you from the top of that ladder to the outside of the ring, you will begin to see why i'm one of the most respected and feared men in sports entertainment today. And you will see why i'll be walking out with both the tag team and EEW titles, and hence carrying this company to its full potential as i decimate the entire roster to keep what's mine. And make no mistake Cartright, that title is mine. It just hasn't been made official yet. GAC will leave you a beaten battered and broken man. you're going to wish the Sandman had beaten me and faced you instead. Maybe then you'd deal with only a little bit of pain. But with me, you're going to deal with multiple injuries, possibly career ending injuries. And what makes it worse is there isn't a damn thing you can do to stop it."

Was the first part of Diego Alva's theme song that hit the arena as the young wrestler appeared on the steel stage, mic in hand. He smirked at the still mixed reaction of cheers and boos that he got from the crowd and lifted the mic to his mouth.
"Cut the music," He said and the sound booth did as they we're told. "Woa, Woa, Woa there Jarel. Did I just here you say that the Heavy Weight title is yours? Or do I have something in my ear? Listen old man, you may beat Catwright at GAC and take the title from him, but you know, I know, and They know" At this point he points to the crowd. "That it will only be a matter of time before that gold is around my waist."

Not by any means dumb enough to turn his back on Cartwright, Jarel moves so that he can keep both Cartwright and Diego in view. he waits for the crowd to stop booing Diego so he can speak.
"I'm a little tired of you, slightly, younger wrestlers talking a big game, but doing nothing to back it up. Why don't you bring your punk a** down to this ring and show me just how you think you have what it takes to beat someone like me, someone who has had 3 lengthy world title reigns as well as various other title reigns? If not, then you can walk your happy a** right on backstage and let the grown up handle business with the moron here that managed to win the title."

Diego smirked, not phased at all.
"Why don't you ask Catwright about my game, I'm sure he remebers what I can do." He said before tossing down the mic and begining to walk to the ring, removing his suit jacket, tie and dress shirt so he would have more mobability.

"You both seem to be forgetting one important factor here, I am the champion! Diego, you can talk about how great you are by screwing your own team mates. If that makes you feel tough and proud, go ahead. Jarel, you think I am the one heading towards a early retirement? You have never faced me, but when you go one-on-one with The Talented One, you will soon learn what all my other opponents have learnt. You will learn what it is like to step into the ring with true talent. You talk a good game, but at GAC we will see who has the last laugh!"
