This is the location where the Jounin or greater may congregate together to speak of any important issues within the ranks.
It is just a plain waiting room with many chairs and a few couches. Multiple large windows overlook the different villages, including Konoha; where the Chuunin exams are most commonly held.

Hitomi walked into the meeting room and took a seat on one of the couches. "I hope they're doing well...." she muttered to herself, referring to Shikatsu and Sukaru.
