its easy. all you have to do is post your art work (without stretching the page) and anybody will rate it out of 0-10
0-being worst; uuh! it's horridible!!!
10-being omfg! i love it; it's art that should go down in history!!!
also don't just rate it, tell them (them=the artitst) what you like and don't like about their art, that way they can improve on something and keep doing something.

It's very cute, but I'd give it a 4 or a 5.
One of the things I am even still working on is proportioning, you know, getting the portions of the body looks like a real sized body.
http://www.portrait-artist.org/face/structure.html (Press "next" when you're done to get more detailed info, really, it helps a LOT.)
Also, I suggest you try sketching her out on paper; Try tracing her picture from a poster or something to get an idea of how her face is shaped and where her eyes should go and whatnot.
Also, she might need a bit more neck; I'd get major headaches if my neck were that thin. But for your age, it's pretty good, if not average, so you're doing well. :3 Do you have a scanner?
