The summoning to the High Council is not to be taken lightly. Both Prime and Valentine are close to the Council. Located in London, the Council is law.

For thousands of years the Council has remained in secrecy, they have been a driving force in the lives of Slayers. The founding Slayers made a Code which the Slayers live and die by. The Code is very simple and exact there is no compromise to which we stand for:
1. We defend those that can't defend themselves.
2. We will always be there to help a fellow slayer out in any way needed.
3. Our word is our bond.
4. In any circumstance you will always tell the truth, no matter what.
5. Though we are always there to defend, we will remain in the shadows as well, never to reveal our true lives to anyone.
6. At whatever the cost no one is to ever know the truth about the supernatural.
7. Never to kill a fellow slayer.
8. Live with honor and fight for your convictions.
To be a leader means that the Council had chosen you to be in charge. To become a leader is a great honor and is also a great responsibility. You are first tested physically and mentally to see if you are able to handle the pressures of being a leader. If you make it through the test then you will then go before a hearing so they can decide whether you really are worthy. When the hearing is finished you make an oath that you will always come to the aid of the Council whenever they are in need of your services.

It had beed months. Val and Prime had been running around London since they got there. To bring things up to date.
(( Flash back. Might be edited when Val comes back ))
As the plane landed, Prime looked out the window. The clouds floated lightly by the plane. The sun had set moments befor they got there. The moon was unluckly out... and full.
" I dont like this. I can already see several Lycanthrope running around. Our forces have things under control... But..." Prime paused as he talked to Val.
" What... you think some thing more is up? " She laughed and sat back.
" Yes... i do. The ones i see running around are just your run of the mill Lycan. The fact that they are in there Lycan form tells me they are not part of the pack here. I can see the ones hidding... but i know they are there... "
" Hrmm... Well, i think i can handly them. I would not mind getting out and hunting for a bit. " Val said patting the weapons hidden in her cothing.
" Yes well... you might get your fight sooner then you might think..."
