 The cool night air whistled through the feathers of the pink cheetah mare's black wings. Her light pink body sillouhetted against the dark sky which made it almost look like she had no wings at all and her body was full of holes.
Her tail lashed back and forth as she looked down upon the land with her light silver eyes. This being her first time in this land, she felt quite out of place. Though she had watched a few Soquili from afar, she hadn't approached anyone as of yet. It was an odd and new place. Though she wasn't shy, she was just observant of her surroundings.
Taking a deep breath, she glided gracefully to the ground. Her legs moving as her hooves touched down gently onto the snowy ground. A small chill running up her spine as she looked around. This place seemed so quiet.

 He stood there, silhouetted against the night sky, blending in well. The main giveaway that he wasn't part of the sky (well, other than the obvious of course) was his hair... a vibrant blue. His own eyes were silver, bright and completely without a pupil. Behind him, he heard the crunch of hooves on snow, but he didn't turn, uncaring. The silence could get lonesome.

Zhange ruffled her wings lightly and gave a few more quick flicks of her tail. Her gaze moved across the land in front of her. But something caught her eye.
What was that? It looked as if a piece of the night sky had fallen down to earth. But, no. Was that hair? She had never seen something like this in all her life. Taking a few steps forward, she nickered lightly to get whatever or whoever it was' attention.
It couldn't possibly be a piece of the sky. Did the sky even fall apart? How curious.

He turned, noting the mare in front of him quickly, and smiled. "Hello." His voice was still rusty, though he spent more time talking now than he had once. She was a pale pink... patterned like nothing he'd never seen before. And lovely, though the thing he noticed first, foremost, was her silver eyes. "How are you this evening?"

Smiling lightly, she turned her head slight to the side. "Hello..." Her voice was strong, but still had a small softness to it. Eying his markings, she thought to herself how unusual he seemed. Though she herself was quite unusual to. Wriggling her black nose, she chuckled lightly. "I am fine. And how are you?"

"Doing quite well, actually." he said, cheerfully. "It's a lovely night." he moved closer, slowly. "My name is Ohanzee." he introduced himself, almost lamely. And it was an uncomfortable shift of his body. He wasn't one for conversation, didn't really know how to get and keep a conversation going.

"That's good. Doing well is always a good thing." Giving a nod she smiled a bit more while looking up at the sky. "Yes, it is a very lovely night. Though you seem to blend in quite well with the sky at this time. I almost thought you were a piece of the sky that had fallen." Blinking a few times, she realized how silly that much of sounded and cleared her throat. "My name is Zhenga. It's nice to meet you Ohanzee."

He flushed a bit, grateful that it was hidden. What was it with females and making him flush? It was downright embarassing. "Indeed it is a pleasure, Zhenga. He ducked his head, eyeing her for a second before glancing around. "Would you like to take a walk, miss?" his breath puffed into the chill air.

Zhenga thought about it for a second. Walking definatly was a bit better than flying. At least with walking you could take in more detail of your surroundings. After that quick thought she nodded her head. "Sure. I need to get out and stretch my legs a bit more. I've been spoiled by my wings too much as of late."

He smiled. "Well, then it will be a good experience." He was almost wistful, sometimes... what if he had been born with wings? What would it be like to soar, above everything, beyond everything, and everyone. But he'd never asked what it would feel like. Was it something personal for everyone?

She nodded her head then looked around for a moment. "I think I'll let you lead the way. You probably know more about where to go around here than I do." Giving a slightly nervous laugh, she shook her head a few times. It was true though, Zhenga was still new and this place was quite unfamiliar to her.

He smiled. "Certainly." he turned his head. "Do you like the water, Miss Zhenga?" he started off in a slow walk, to let the winged female catch up. And at that point, he took a closer look at her. She was a shade of pink, it looked like, spotted with the night black. And white on the throat. Her wings were a starless night, and she had... a horn. Ahh, so she was like Yue Shuang. He hadn't noticed the horn at first glance. Her eyes were still one of her most charming features.
Not his fault he liked silver!
"I was thinking I could show you around. Not that I get out much, but I can tell you a bit." he gave a faint smile. "I am social on few occasions, I'm afraid, but when I do talk, I can't seem to stop. My apologies."

"I'm not sure I know anyone who doesn't like water. I mean....everyone needs to drink water or bathe occasionally. But not everyone takes baths sometimes. I don't quite understand it, but I guess it's there choice." She trotted up next to him, her tail giving a few flicks as she looked at him. His blue hair stuck out more to her as did his sky like markings. The shiny pendant around his neck caught her eye quickly. She herself didn't have anything like that. But that was fine. Not everyone was equally lucky to have such types of trinkets.
Zhenga laughed lightly and shook her head, closing her eyes for a moment before opening them slowly. "It's fine. I rather much like the sound of someone's voice rather than complete silence."

He smiled. "Well, I know some people who don't -like- it, but they handle it." he picked up the pace a bit, until it was a comfortable walk. "I don't understand it either... who would want to go about smelling foul?" he made a face. "But I know a little girl who hates taking baths. I swear, we have to throw her in the river to get her to bathe."
He was pensive as the walk went on. She was new to him, and he always worried with new people... Their personality, their feelings, he tried to keep that in mind when he dealt with people, and that was hard when they were new to him. He was horribly afraid he'd misstep.

Zhenga gave a small shrug and picked up her pace a bit as he did. "That's funny. But hopefully she'll grow out of it once she gets older. If you smell it's hard for some people to be around you and they won't come very close to you. So it's best to take baths so that you can meet new people without offending them with your smell."
She looked ahead as they continued on. Her tail moving back and forth with each step she took. She'd stretched out her wings lightly once or twice then folded them against her back tightly.
