1) Please be fully literate! Little typos are okay, but for the most part, have your spelling, grammar, and punctuation down.
2) Have the whole Love Hina story line understood. I've watched the Anime, and I'm currently reading the Manga, and since I've heard the two are a bit different, I'm looking for more people who've watched the Anime, but if you've read the Manga, it's okay too.
3) Be commited! As you read, my old partner bailed on me, and I hate it when that happens!
4) Be open to any style of writing! The current fic is romance/angst based, but can easily change! Be ready for maybe a little lemon chapters here and there... ninja
