I'd like to have a thread where we can recommend an anime to other guilders around here. Now, I know you're all "But Azzy, we have the A/M/C for this!".
Shut up, you butt pirates that pirate butt. >.O
You can recommend up to 5 different anime/manga, but PLEASE have a detailed paragraph explaining why you like said anime/manga. Name the kind of humor it has, why it intrigues you, all of that. Thanks!

Hi, I'm SJL. I would like some Anime reccomended to me.
I like....
-Music, good music, the kind that's fast and complicated. Anything with good music I'll watch
-Cyber Punk, stuff that reminds me of Ender's Game or Caves of Steel
-Philosophic/Theological, anything that'll get me thinking.
-Fighting, gotta have fighting. I'm a 14 year old boy, what else could interest me?
Dislike...
-Tits, once in a while, they're ok. Too much of them is bad.
-Angst, I don't want to see a rip off of the Gundam Wing boys, a little angst is good, too much is bad.
-Chicks with a loud mouth who boss the hero around, that's annoying and unrealistic. If it were me, I'd have her cooking me dinner and keeping shut. HUH!
-Uhh... Inu-Yasha.

I unfortunately don't think you'd like Cowboy Bebop, SJL. Mabye Trigun? It's got awesome music, awesome fighting, no boobs, and sort of cyber-punkish. You might not like how sad one part of it is, but other than that, it's not that angsty. Those who know Trigun know I'm speaking of Wolfwood. Marril sort of bosses Vash around, but not really.

-A female protagonist.
May-May doesn't like...
-Vampires.
-Pirates.
-Demons.
-Mechas.
-Overactive yaoi/shounen-ai.
-Series that are too long.
-Too many villains.
My current favourite anime are Puni Puni Poemi, X, and Slayers. My current favourite manga are Tokyo Babylon, Kodocha, and Ayashi no Ceres.

I think Miz would like Ai Yori Aoshi. Very cute love story, it's kinda like Love Hina except more romantic. And Ai Yori Aoshi Enishi which is it's sequel.

That kind of surprises me, considering you didn't want that much boob, a woman bossing around the main character, and a crazily sad ending. ^.^ That's cool though. How long is it? Hey I listen to Belle & Sebastian, of course I sulk. ): I dun know, but I think Ai Yori Aoshi Enishi is only 3-5 DVDs long.
