yeah but its kinda common sence i mean almost all web brower or MMORPG game puts no trading items from 1 game to another or real life
Well, sometimes people can be... ignorant. He immediately realized his mistake and rectified it. So he obviously didn't know.

Even if they read it, it's hard to remember all that legal jargon. I know I can't remember it all a few days after I've read it, let alone weeks afterwards.
