Ishira Tsubasa has requested to become the Hikari Sensei. If elected, she won't become a crew member right off the bat, but she will be considered at least a level one Kage in Hikari.

From when i've seen, she's a Teacher in a few other guilds, and is a great roleplayer. She seems that she can hold things together well, and be on rather often. (A trait that I'm working on...again. XD)
