 *The sun was warm against his back as the large black and gold splashed stallion stepped through the rolling grass that looked like a sea to him as the wind blew across it. The wind itself tugged at his long sand colored mane and tail, his wings pressing themselves closer to his sides as to not get blown backwards. Stopping the stallion turned his gold colored nose toward the sky as his eyes, teh color of old gold, searched it for reason.*
"Why presist on taunting me for what I have chosen?" he asked the speachless skies as they seemed to remain silent as always.
*Shaking his head, Shihab looked away from the pale blue skies above as the sounds of thundering hooves of another caught his dark hears, Head turning from side to side, he searched for the source of the hooves. They had to belong to someone, he knew that. stepping forward a small pace he looked toward a brown and white colored mare that seemed to be having the time of her life. Shaking his head a little he soon started walking again, his twi-colored wings stretching themselves a little before folding themselves back to his sides. It seemed that this winged soquili was bent on keeping his black and gold spotted hooves upon solid ground.*

Tally suddenly heard crushing of grass under anothers hooves.Her ears perking and swirving around to get a better listen.Tally finally turned around to see Shihab, a gentilmen of a stallion he was.Tally smiled and reared up in a hello matter.After that Tally just stood there looking on at him after a while the mare finally spoke.''Hello Shihab, funny seeing you here.''tally smiled her tail flicking side to side.The grass under her hooves crunching with every shuffle she made.Tally walked up slowly to the stallion a smile still to her face.After Tally got about 5 feet near him she went down on one knee, bowed her head and got back up like she did once before.''How are you today?''Tally asked her voice a kind and gentil tone with every word she spoke.''But, you did take me by surprise, I mean no one comes out this early but me usally.'' In fact it was rather early and Tally hardly ever saw another out at this time of day.

*Shihab turned and watched Tally watch come slower to him. A smile creapt across his face as he bowed his head in greeting to the mare. His ears twotched a little as it was a little funny that they met up here, but then again he was a wander of sorts, searching for a place to belong it seemed.*
"Morning Miss Tally. A pleasure seeing you again." He said nodding a little. "As for being out this early, I'm an early riser could never sleep too late like others can." He chuckled. "And how are you this morning?"
*Shihab watched Tally for a moment before his gaze glanced around at teh waving grass that was so welcoming, but his attentions turned back to Tally whom stood before him. He knew he couldn't live in this place forever even if he wanted to. There was always something pulling him away.*

Tally smiled even more with his words''Its lovely to be seeing you again aswell, I love waking up early aswell, never could sleep in.''tally laughed slightly looking to the male.''Oh by the way, the sun is making your coat so dazling today..''Tally smiled with a nod.Tally loved complimenting others on their coats and coloration, it was a thing she did.Tally looked at her hooves then up to the sky.''Question, why arent you flying, or do you just want to be on your hooves for a change?''Tally asked slightly tilting her head.Her ears perked forward to take in his words easyer.Tally was slightly hard of hearing probely because she was getting old, but didnt really look it at all.''Oh and if I havent asked this already, how are you today?''Tally was a teeny-tiny bit forgetfull but thats what made her so darn cute at times, and Water Lily her indain loved it.

*Shihab smiled at Tally as she mentioned being in the skies. Sure others of his kin would be in the air, enjoying the wings and thermals that carressed their wings and to glide with teh best of them. Shihab.. He wasn't too fond of teh skies as many others he knew. His ears perked up a little as she mentioned his coat, he hadn't really noticed that it looked dazzling within the sun light.*
"Lets just say, I'd rather walk then fly, I'd miss to much going over the lands instead of walking across them." He chuckled. "I do thank you for the complament, your coat it looking rather glamerous today, someone take good care of it." He smiled watching Tally. "I'm doing well enough for one searching for a place to belong, but I'm sure I will find my place sooner or later." He nodded.
*Turning a little he looked toward the far distant horizone where the sun had risen that dawn, It seemed so far away from when he first started at teh first signs of lightly. Shaking his wind blown mane a litle he looked at Tally.*
"I'm sure you know how it feels to not belong somewhere. I still search for my place of being and perhaps the human I was bound to be near, where ever she or he may be." He shrugged. "But all travels come to their ends in time... I suppose."

Tally smiled once more at the copliment she got in return.''A..place to belong..hm, ya i know alot of how it feels, see when I was young, just in my basket all I knew of my father was his voice, a voice of kindness, of loyalty, and of fatherhood, but that beliement all vanished when I finally got out of my basket, I never saw my father, it turned out he left, ran away..so I was left with my mother.A few years went by, I was having geat fun with my mother but as I turned to a yerling all that changed, my mother died, she grew sick and it was winter, so i was alone for years until I was a full grown mare.I came here, and I thought that I would finally find out where i belong, i met Wapi, he was a great soquili but mostly anti-socail to others but Wapi was kind and gentil to me, he was my crush..but he went away, for weeks, months and a year, my liking to Wapi faded, turned to dust..yet he still is my friend today.After that I met Water Lily and Teepo, they loved me, they cared for me, they were my family and that was when I found out there was were I belong.''Tallys words were all with meaning, harsh parts and soft parts, sad parts and happy parts, yet all with meaning.Tally flickered her tail slightly.''Sorry, i probely was boring you with my life story..''Tally let out a soft and slow sigh.Her eyes sofened as she stood there and her smile came back she looked to Shihab, but it was a weak smile yet with gentil intetions.

Shihab stood silently listening to Tally speak of her past. He merely nodded every once and a while as she spoke. His eyes closed for a moment as if getting a mental picture of what was going on, but it wasn't as clear as he would have wanted and too close to his own story at that. Besides the point of meeting others to have friends. He was mainly alone after his parents vanished upon him.*
"Don't worry, my pest isn't exactly as happy as one would want it to be." He sighed himself. "It's one of the reasons I keep my hooves upon solid ground, even when the winds tease and taunt me to soar again."
*There were just certain things that he didn't want to mention, and other things he didn't want to even think about in the first place. Shaking away the dark thooughts of the past to the more brighter thoughts of the present and future.*
"Anyways. What does one like yourself like to do these early morning before the other rise and greet the day?" he asked watching Tally from the corner of his eye. "This foolish wanderer seems to have forgotten the simple pleasures of being with friends."

Tally nodded thinking it probely was horrible.''Well, the thing i love to do is, run..''Tally was a speedy mare, faster then her mate aswell, and she could go for ages until she had to stop.''Or I like to roll around in the floweers, or jump over logs ..or something like that..''Tally blinked slightly as she thought about it more.''But thats just me, what do you like to do in your spare time?''Tally asked wondering if Shihab did even like to do things.''oh and I love to sing..''Tally laughed slightly and softly as she just remembered that thing.Tally flicke dher tail still waiting to hear if Shihab liked to do things.''Well at least you not flying caused you to bump into me..''Tally smiled again she loved making new friends, it was lovely always finding out new things about them.But Shihab was slightly like Tally in a way that most would not get nor understand.

*He agai listened quietly as she listed off things that she liked to do. When teh question came to him he honestly didn't know. These days he didn't have the free time to do anything, much less really stop as he has now. It was a small relief in the day to day travels. Closing an eye as if in though he had to come up with something.*
"Well To be honest, I don't give myself much free time to do anything more then just wander too anf fro, hither and yon." He said swinging his head a little as he spoke. "But at times I give chase to something within my mind to just feel the ground tremble beneath my hooves." He shrugged a little before a smile crossed his face. "How about we have a small race?" he asked wondering if she would want to. "You don't have to if you don't want to."

Tally smirked as she heard is words.''A race...glad too.''Tally flicked her man slightly getting it out of her eyes, it was a good thing Water Lily was going to cut it short,it got into her eyes too often.Tally flicked her tail and smiled.''Where too?''Tally shuffled her hooves into the ground,moving about she was gettng her stepping.''And its fine if you cant think of anything to do, I love racing its a great thing, plus keeps you fit..''Tally nodded as she stood there for a moment.Tally was ready to go, her legs shuffled more, she couldnt keep still.Tally loved racing for she did it alot with her mother.Tally thought of it for a moment.''Yes lets race, just pick a place to race to and we'll go..''Tally was ready.The thought of her and her mother racing got stuck into her mind

*Shihab smiled as he watched TAlly shuffle about, she looked ready to break loose and go anywhere. Looking around, he thought of a place to race to. He hadn't been in this part of the lands too long and had to remember where everything was.*
"Hmm How about to the rive and back?" He asked shifting his wings upon his sides a little, knowing full well that they couldn't be used. "Or should it be longer then that?"
*He remembered that the river was a fair distance away, really it was the place where he had been sleepingthe night before last. If anything it would prove to be a good run with some obsticals as well.*
"Also there will be some obsticals to leap over if that hightens the excitement." He chuckled turning toward where he knew where the river was.

Tally nodded.''the river is perfect.Tally turnd forward and looked right towards where they were going to run.''Ready, 3, 2, 1.....GO..''tally reared then leaped, bolting forward, the wind blowing around her her mane and tail like fire as it blew back and forth.This was Tally in her competative stage.Tally doged trees, leaped over logs.''gah..''tally ducked her head as she came to a long branch.Tally was galloping right next to Shihab.''Hey, shihab..''Tally looked at him as she continued to run.''As far as a place to stay gose why not camp out at my Teepee, Water Lily is so kind and will be really nice to you..''tally leaped over another log.Returning her head forward she contued to bolt this time going ahead of Shihab, this was only a bit of Tally's true speed.For her full speed was amazing.

*Shihab lurched forward just a second or so behind Tally. Hooves pounding against the ground he charged forward behind the mare, his wings remaining close to his sides as she dodged trees and leapt over fallen logs that were in the way. His long tail and mane whipping behind him as he raced beside Tally. The offer she was making was tempting, but he had to find a place where he really balonged though he was sure that he could visit this... Human that Tally had mentioned.*
"I don't know Tally, The offer is a nice one, but I do have to find the true place where I belong. You know that." He said looking at the mare. "But if you'd like I'll come by and visit with the companion I'm sure to accept as my own."
*Shihab had looked away from where they were going for a moment to nearly run smack into a tree. He dodged coming up behind Tally as she had dashed a head of him again. It felt good to run again, not his normal slow more mannerful walk, but flat out charge forward and against another. It was a challenge to race against this mare he could accept as a friend.*

Tally smiled,''you are right, what am I saying, you need to find that one person..''Tally nodded as she looked to shihab her hooves pounding onto the ground.When the finish was in sight Tally bounded right for it, her hooves sounding like thunder on the ground.Suddenly Tally fell to her left knee, an old woond hand opend, that woond that happend when tally nearly died, but luckly her mate saved her and Water Lily.'''Crap..''tally got up but limped slightly.''I'm ok, no need to worry..''Tally's leg was bleeding but she tried to take no notice.And Tally hoped that Shihab wouldnt freek out or something close to freeking out.Tally began to slowly limp until she fell to her knee once more, she gave a light wince as she moved slightly.''Visiting woyuld be great..''tally suddenly just trie to change subjects,she got up back to her hooves and tried to stay up no matter the pain.It was not really painfull but like when you cut yourself again and again
