I cant' tell you any quick tips thats going to help you with the body. Asking how to draw the male body is like asking someone to teach you how to be an olympic gymnast in one paragraph. If only it were that easy. If you're really a beginner and have no experience drawing the body, get an anatomy book and start copying. Heads up, you're going to have issues if you're not allowed to look at tasteful nudity for the sake of art. There are some great books by Giovanni Ciavardi if you're looking to copy. Just a warning though, the male book is out of print, I had a hard time getting ahold of it, had to go on ebay. There are other good books too. Personally, i like copying other artists lineart. Drawing from real life is better but lets face it, we don't all have access to nude models. The human body is so complex that the only way you're really going to get it down is by copying it again and again. Its kind of boring but extremely helpful. I make my students do it, and they groan, but I see big improvements in their art. Maybe study a section at a time like chests, arms, legs, ect.
