If i was you id go get a How to draw manga book and start from there, after you get the feel for it from the basic ways the book uses then try and get your own style.

Just dont use the faces from those books, some of them just look awful, stick with your style of a face.

XxxxX good luck! ^.^

Hi, I teach art lessons. I'll give you some routine advice.

A good solution for hair is to draw a bunch of blank heads. Just head shape, and maybe ears and neck. Then copy several different hairstyles you like out of magazines. If you keep doing this, you'll build up your memory regarding hairstyles. It will get you out of your rut defiinitely.

For bodies. I use the stick skeleton approach. Its like a detailed stick figure that you can pose and then draw muscle on top of. Most of the How-to-draw manga books show the same approach. Also theres no substitute for drawing the real body. If you know how to draw the real human body, its easy to make a manga version of it. I have my students draw the real human body over and over. Its the only way you'll get good fast. There are many books related to anatomy that you can probably get for free at the library. Try copying them. It will help, gauranteed.
