Kechara flitted over the ground, having a natural desire to fly then to walk. Besides, walking meant she might encounter someone, and it was definitely not in the in the game plan for that to happen. She nibbled a finger habitually and moving her hair out of her eyes. "Oh...." She murmured as she flew a few more feet higher into the air. She was starting to get hungry...perhaps she should go find something to eat? Briar had shown her some very good fruits and she wondered if there were more near her. They certainly were tasty.

It was his first day out from his hiding place. He was finally big enough to venture in a new area. Indeed, this time he'd gone to far. He'd crossed into a strange land of candy. It was way too grand to be true! Instead of going back he decided this was going to be his new home.
Not exactly sure, and not really caring, what type of creatures where in this strange land. Perhaps more like himself? Though, he hadn't ran into anyone that looked like him.
He started to hop around to kill time. Humming as he did so. Indeed, it was one of the best things to do, but sometimes he broke out in song. Which, this time it just happened to be that time. He wasn't that great of a singer, infact, he sucked at it.
"SOME WHEEEERREE OVVVEEERR THE RAINNNNBOW! WHHHEEERRREE BLLLUEE BIRRRDSSS FLLYY!" He sung on the top of his lungs.

Kechara was deep in thought over what to eat and where to eat and how she could avoid others. "Ohh! Um..." She mumbled indecisively, fluttering across the sky. The sudden sound of singing made her world coming crashing down. Literally.
"Aaahhh!" She yelped, falling onto the ground, "Oof!" She gasped and then groaned, "Oww" She whispered, tears coming into her eyes from pain. She glanced up at saw a silver creature near her. He was covered in dark gray spots, but that didn't really matter to her. It was another person.
"Oh! Oh no! Ah--!" She scrambled to her feet, palms pressed in a stopping gesture. Her wings and ears were pressed tightly against. "Oh! Oh! I'm s-sorry!" She cried, blushing up a storm, "I-I'I have to go!" She scrambled away, terrified.

 Theodore hadn't noticed the other numa at first because of his loud singing. Once she stood up and was towering over him he looked over. WOW! Another like him, sort of. She was much taller, and had huge wings and what appeared to be ribbions all over. She was a very colorful creature indeed!
"HELLLLLLO!!" he said loudly with a cheerful look. He saw her scrable away... "OH! I won't hurt you!!" He sat down in place blinking as he watched her for a second. "No need to be afraid. Your bigger then I!" He said again. He wasn't sure if that was helping or not. Though, if it didn't, he could always change his tactic of trying to make the creature much like himself stay.
He wanted to say more, but stopped himself. He didn't want to scare her even more. "I'm Theodore!" He said spinning in a circle on his back legs. His tail was wagging much like a dog. He was back on all fours again. "Please, don't go. I really haven't met anyone else, and it'd be nice to actually see if you are real or not."
Of course she was real, how couldn't she be? He'd never seen stuff that wasn't real. Though, he could be dreaming. Yes... he had plenty of dreams that seemed real. But who knew, perhaps it was all real. He gave a slight chuckle to his thoughts.

Kechara was terrified not to mention embarrassed, "I-I'm sorry!" She stammered, blushing even more, "I-I didn't mean....." She rubbed her eyes furiously, to stop the tears, "I-I....um....um...!" SHe pressed a paw to her mouth, dark pink eyes filled with inner torment. She couldn't deal with others. She just couldn't. It wasn't their problem; not at all. It was her own shyness. She swallowed audibly and plopped down onto the grund, her legs wouldn't support her for some reason.
"Ah....ah....!" She rubbeed her eyes again, "I-I'm sorry," She whispered, "H--hello...." She pressed her paws against her eyes, "I-I...." She held back tears. This was horrible! She hated being like this. Like--like a freak.

Theodore blinked, at first he wasn't sure what to think. Indeed it seemed weird. Did he upset her. He smiled at her and wagged his tail more. "No need to be sorry, chick-a-dee!" He said noding.
" Really, you don't need to be embarrassed. I'm no body. Just a flower in the wind!!!" He said twhirling again on his back legs, this time almost falling over but catching himself at the last minute with one of his front paws.
"You can think of me as an imaginary friend!" He winked at her. He was really odd, but it made things fun to pretend. He may not have been a pup anymore, but it was still fun to act like one at times. Stood up, tail flicking slightly on the ground. "Wow, you have wings..." He looked to his back. He had something... but he was sure they weren't wings.

Kechara whimpered and looked up,k er red-orange and yellow hair flopping into her eyes like it was wont to do. "C-chick-a-dee?" She whispered, glancing over at him in surprise, "What's.....a chick-a-dee?" She stared at him as he spun around, eyes wide, "Y-yes.....I do...."
He was strange, this numa, Briar hadn't acted like him. THeodore was clearly different and more....child-like. She sniffed and blinked at him, "Imaginary...? Why would I think that...? You aren't imaginary...."

He laughed. "Chick-a-dee is just another name to call females. Just like males, theres' different ones for that!" he said. He walked a little bit away from her to make her more comfortable. He had a silly grin on his face.
" Don't let your eyes desieve you! You can never trust something you haven't touched yet to be real" He winked again. Of course, he didn't believe in stuff like that. Whatever you saw, was infact there to him. Again, his pretend world came back to his mind. "Do you always believe what you see?"
He flicked is tail and bobbed his head three times and shook it. " Indeed the world is full of mystery!" He wasn't sure if any of this was helping things. Perhaps she would realize he was just playing a game. Yes... Then she'd laugh along with him.

Kechara stared at him for a long moment, her wings twitching a bit, "Oh....I see...." He replied softly, embarrassed. She hadn't known that. She watched him, eyes wide with disbelief, "Why....why wouldn't something I see be real?" She asked, the fact that something she saw could just be an illusion had never occured to her, in fact, nothing of the sort had ever happened to her, so it was logical for her to not assume that.
She nodded slowly, "Uh-huh....Why wouldn't I believe it...?" She asked softly. This male was so strange, she didn't know what to think about him. He was starting to confuse her with his talk of things you see not really being there and touching and--She took a deep breath. Perhaps she should get out of here then? It was bad enough she had met another numa, it was worse what he was doing.

He could see that the female numa wasn't really enjoying his.... pretend world. Well that wasn't fun. He got a slight frown on his face as he turned to look about. Why'd he have to meet the first one somewhat like him be a drag? He figured he was playing his cards wrong. It was time to change a little?
"I'm sorry.... I just like to pretend alot." He said honestly. It wasn't a bad thing to pretend, was it? No crime done? He turned back twards her. He had a bad feeling that this meeting might not go as smooth as he hoped.
Before he could tell, he heard a strange noice. Twitching his ear, he looked about... What was that? Whatever it was it sounded like a bounch of bugs of some sort. ((making up a type of bug that is similar to a bee >])) Looking about he saw something small. It looked much like a marshmellow...Well, a bunch of marshmellows. A bunch of orange marshmellows with pointy buttoms and wings...
His ears went down. This didn't look good. It seemed they were a little angry. Had he accidently ran into their hive a few minutes before meeting this numa? Or where they just angry for no reason.
"Do... Do you see what I see...." He asked slighly frighted of the marshmellow bugs coming towards them. "I... I think we should run..." He really had no wings, so he figured she'd flee while he still tried to run from them. If there was water near by, which there didn't seem like it, he'd be able to swim.
This was bad... Really bad....

Kechara blinked at him and nodded, "O....Okay..." she responded softly, and watched him carefully. He was definitely weird, this numa. She blinked as her ears twitched, "Ah...?" What was that sound? A bug of some sort surely...Her eyes opened wide as the strange marshmellow-like bugs buzzed into view, "Oh...Oh!" She gasped, scrambling to her feet, "Oh no! We-we should get out of here!" She gasped, a paw to her mouth and wings half-extended.
"Ahhhhhhh!" A scream echoed through the air as something crashed down on her head, then slipped off onto the ground. Kechara rubbed her head. That had hurt. A lot. "Owww...." She moaned and glanced down at wht had landed on her. It was a strange little creature, completely black from head to toe. It had a fluff of hair with tiny horns, a poofy tail and gray eyes, eyes that were currently closed, the little creature twitching in pain. "Oh! Oh! Um.....oh!" She moaned as her ears twitched in warning. The bugs were coming closer. What to do! What to do! She should fly away, but she couldn't leave the little creature. It was incapacitated and she just couldn't leave it. It was a helpless creature and though she was afraid of other numas, little creatures were different.
She glanced over at Theodore and scooped up the little guy, holding him close as she soared upward, She looked down at Theodore and then at the bees. "Um....this way!" She shouted, winging away from them and toward a pool of water. They could escape those bugs there.

Theodore was very confused. All her heard from her was Oh. What type of language was that? Finally she said something then oh. Was this her when she paniced? His eyes wided as he watched her sore away.. He started to run fastly on the ground to keep up with her. What about him? He hadn't noticed the thing she had with her yet.
"Ahh!!' He said as he was running as fast as he could. The marshmellow things catching up to him. He wasn't as fast as he thought. They caught up pretty well. What was he going to do, and was that silly female doing. Didn't she....
He flopped in water. He hadn't been paying much attention that he forgot to look where his feet were going. What an idiot sometimes. He jumped farther into the water just barely he escaped. That was close. Staying under the water for a few minutes then returning to the serface. Well, that was the last of that numa, he though.
Getting out of the water, he rang out his tail and tried to get as much water from his fur as he possibly could. It was going to be cold now. He didn't mind too much.

Kechara flapped her wings, gaining altitude until she was hgh enough that those bugs wouldn't follow. Which meant high enough that she was faintly dizzy from lack of air. She glanced down at the little creature in her arms. Which was staring up at her with gray eyes that couldn't seem to kstay focused. He....he must be dizzy too.... she thought vaguely. Her balance wavered and she sank a dozen feet. "Oh...!" She gasped, clutching the little creature tightly to her chest. Her wings beat furiously in the air, but they were quickly becoming tired, and the beats became less strong.
She dropped a bit more, "Oh..!" She closed her eyes, the dizzy feeling not dissapating, "I...I guess I shouldn't have gone so high...." She whispered, and fainted, plummeting to the ground. She crashed into the water below, her body limp, sinking toward the bottom. The little black creature wriggled out of her grip and frantically swam to the surface.
"Don't just stand there, laddie!" He squeaked indignantly, "Get in here and help me!"

Theodore turned around as he heards a huge splash. Well, not only did he here it, a ton of water just splashed over him. Great, he thought for a second. Looking at the water for a second, it didn't seem she wasn't coming back up.
The creature she had picked up, whatever it was, was yelling at him. Did it call him a lady? He ignored it and dived in the water after the other numa. Well, he couldn't just let her drowned. This wasn't good.
He swam towards her pretty fastly. Trying to reach her before she hit the rock bottom and had something pin her down. It was quite easy to get to her. It seemed there wasn't any plants at all.
Fish scurried away as he closed in on her. He hoped her lungs where getting fulled with water. Maybe she remembered to hold her breath. He reached out to grab her arm. Gosh, what was with all those ribbons. It was going to be hard to pull her to the surface with those darn ribbons.
He grabbed at her hand, only bearly getting it. Quickly he changed his direction going towards the surface now. Kicking and flicking his tail as well as he could. Good thing he could hold his breath pretty well. The water made it a little easier for him to swim with her, though her ribbons were still slowing them down.
He would need help if he wanted to make the surface for her to live. He figured she'd only have a few seconds to a minute left. Struggling, he still swam upwards.

At first Kechara didn't recognize the fact that she was underwater and so opened her mouth to take a breath. She closed it abruptly as water rushed in she blinked blearly up, her eyes unadjusted to the sudden change in vision. A dark form swam toward her and her mind shouted to jerk away-but her body refused to respond. Something closed around her hand and she found herself being pulled upwards. Wearily she flapped her wings, propelling herself upwards to help get to the surface.
She gasped the second she broke the surface, spitting out the water and coughing up a storm. She looked around frantically and saw Theo, had he saved her? Why? He had no obligation....She paddled forward onto the bank and crawled onto it, sitting when she was far enough away from the water, wringing out her flop of rainbow hair as well as her tail, "I'm sorry...." She whispered, not looking at him, eyes downcast with shame. She should have known better then to fly high enough for her to faint. The little creature she had saved had crawled up to her, his fur poofing from his recent shaking himself free of water. He grinned at her, "Lassie, you're quite a trip," he told her, smoothing his tail.
