I have a skill that works really good getting the player off balance and distracted. First have someone pass the ball to you. Then dribble the ball with your weaker hand. Let the player on you go towards the ball. After he or she is is close enough to that hand you can either put it behind your back to you stronger side or put it through your legs to your stronger side. By then the player should be focused on the side with out the ball leaving you open to dribble in and put up the lay up. blaugh Take note that some players don't guard so close to the ball, so it might not work on them. crying
