The Kusini lands were blessed with wonderful sunlight, the wondrous rays giving the beautiful lands a certain glow. Deep in the heart of such beauty roamed a shadowy cub her dark pelt sticking out. The cub moved with the grace her name had bestowed upon her, to her belief.
Batuuli'binah suddenly paused, teal gaze soaring the cloudless sky as a bird roamed the empty space above the Kusini'Mwezi lands. A small smirk donned her maw, her brown-toed paws picking up speed as she followed the dark shadow. Such is life of a cub, the ability to do this without worries, spontaneously going where one wants to.
As it began to decend, Batuuli slowed, her body sinking so she coudl enar the bird. What if she did catch it? Hm... There would be time later to decide.

Agenti' nuru scouted about the place, trying to find her brother. She sighed with fustration "ugh, where are you Kucha?". She started to feel the thumping of another creature under her paws. Her ears perked, hoping to hear her brother; Nothing. She looked over to the direction of the source and saw a small cub trying to catch a bird. Agenti smiled and then crouched, crawling slowly closer and stopped to watch.

A strange scent hung in the air, though the young lion was not concerned. It was unfamiliar sure, but what did she know? With a quick pounce, Batuuli frightened the bird off as it landed, watching it flit towards the heavens as if she could fly after it. She snorted, turning to glance towards her follower. In the instant that she realized it was not another lion, Batuuli had vanished into the weeds, circling swiftly near her pursuer. A deep growl hummed in her throat, nearly silent save for close ears.

Agenti watched the small cub slink into the grass. She looked around, wondering where the cub was going. She could hear a very faint rustle and felt the pound of swiftly moving paws. She still couldn't tell if the little cub was still there. 'Hmm....maybe she just ran off', Agenti thought. She sniffed the air for the cub's scent but sneezed from the dust on the ground.

Batuuli stayed low, creeping closer towards the unknown animal. She pondered for a moment if she should try and decided to give it her best try. "You!" She called out in as much of a commanding voice as possible. "Who and what are you?" The instant the words had left her mouth, the cub was scurrying elsewhere, eager not to get caught standing still. Her pawsteps were soft, carrying her away from where she had been standing.
Should the answers not be to her satisfaction, she thought, teal eyes narrowing, there would be consequences.

Agenti'nuru got up as she suddenly heard the cubs voice. She heard more rustles in the grass, understanding that the cub hadn't left after all. She chuckled to herself as she said," And who is it that asks me such questions?" She tensed herself, unsure as to what the cub would do next.

"It doesn't matter; they need to be answered." Batuuli replied, moving again, this time a little farther away. She was watching carefully, already guessing this wasn't a mean animal. That was good... "If you answer me, maybe I'll tell you?"

Agenti loosened herself up a bit, remembering that this small creature was just a cub, not a full grown lion. She nodded with a small smile across her muzzle. "Alright little one...I'm Agenti' nuru." She started to skim the horizon, looking for any slight movements in the grass, telling her as to where the cub was positioned.
