I'm going to post a few helpful tips on how to relieve stress!
I'd choose candles. Especially the one's with either very calming delicious scents, or the one's with the nature scents.
I love candle because they give off a nice, clean, pure air scent into the air that fills people with joy. I love them and they always calm my nerves. It's better than some other things I've heard people do. icon_stare.gif

Another good idea would be soft, love music.
Don't blast your radio with a hiphop song. You damaging your ears, and incresing the amount of stress you already have.
Put on a friendly love sog or country song on with low volume and just sit back and relax!!!!!!!!!!

You don't have to bump the thread; it's definitely not going to fall off the guild page.
As far as relaxation, I like the candle idea. They give off a nice ambiance, as long as you aren't allergic to the scent. But I disagree with the music, at least the love song or country song part. I heart my rock/metal music. Somehow loud music is relaxing cause it drowns out a lot of outside issues. I'm good about not damaging my ears for the most part.

I don't think candles and music will relieve the stress I have right now. Mine's a mixture of anger, worry, confusion, fear, anxiety, pain, and sadness all in one
