Eh, you are fast but are you strong? -sends out Chain of Command and has it wreathe itself around BlueUltimate's legs thus chaining him to the ground-
with your mobility limited let's see how you fare. -charges forward with blade drawn-

-In an explosion of earth, fire, and debris Armelin is thrown backwards by the force of the blow. Staggering to get up Armelin reprimands himself, "of course" he coughed through the smoke, "what good would chaining a man to the ground do when he is armed with a gun"-

Well then, let us try long range combat...temporarily. -Armelin unsheathes his sword and using the forces inherent to the wisdom of the scholars he draws together the smoke and flame remaining from BlueUltimate's blow and centers it around his blade. "Take THIS!!!" Armelin shouts as he swings his blade towards BlueUltimate unleashing a gust of fire and wind in its wake-

-in steady tread Armelin approaches BlueUltimate his blade still coiled in fire, memory of his last attack. swiping his blade through the air and freeing it of the binding flames Armelin then pulls the dragonskull helmet from his head and positions it across his arm to be used as a shield against oncoming bullets. But as Armelin walks his step seems to falter and his feet break into the ground. Every piece of him, every motion, seems to shatter and break away into a growing abyss beneath; it take some time before it is realized that he is falling into his own shadow. With a grin the face sinks beneath the surface and bright eyes turned to shadow and then suddenly the dark mass disperses itself across the night-time earth and surrounds BlueUltimate. Tendrils of darkness rise from the earth eclipsing the light and form grotesque figures of mock life. Then all ethereal bodies speak as one, "regardless of the outcome, let it be known that this fight was known as a fight and not as a slaughter". And there was not time enough for breath before the dark life rose and fell fiercely upon BlueUltimate-
