Oivel town is a small yet vibrant town in between two kinds of water: On one side, you have Shiam lake, on the other, you have the Wide Open Seas. This is why it gets so many tourists. The mindset of the town is the same no matter who you talk to: cheerful and optimistic. This is probably because of the fact that three completely different races live in the same town and there hasn't been a fight in town for over a century.
This town includes an inn, a bar and an item shop.
