~*Shiam City*~
Shiam City is the scientific capital of the world. The scholars here discovered the first forms of alchemy and are also developing a new kind of magic shield. The city itself is very clean (it's underwater, folks) and has many festivals. They celebrate most of these festivals in the fall, when flashes of light are given off by the mystical sap that drains into the lake every August. The city is home to many top-notch Universities and also contains the largest library on earth. Tourists are given special helmets created through alchemy that allows them to breath and walk underwater.
This town contains a weapon shop, an alchemy supplies store, an item shop and an inn.
