Instructions

Download and run this first:

http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/UXTheme-MultiPatcher.shtml

Then download the GUI style from the Deviantart link, double click on it to install the theme, go to Display Properties, Apperence, and change it to another theme

The UTX Patch is a program that overrides Windows XP's GUI, it lets you use 3rd party themes, rather then only ones MS made (Which would be, Royale, and the Zune theme, THATS IT? WTF?)
