BLOCKS: I think it is Black,Blue,yellow,red
it said something about darkness, ice, lightning , and fire .
either that or Black,blue,red , yellow O_o I do not really remember that well but i hope this helps.....
PAST STONE: if you see a trail of stairs run up them until you see a orange door then go down one door then when you get inside the room then fight the monster inside the room when you are done with the battle a chest will appear open that chest and you'll get the Past stone

In Mithos's castle you are able to obtain the past and future stones. Once you have them return to the beginning of his castle, the blue and red sqaures in the floor will change, 8 different colored blocks will appear and the two circular teleporters will activate. Upon completing the puzzle you will obtain the.......ok I don't remember what it's called, but it allows you to access the evil book in the Sybak library, a incredibly long dungeon but worth the endevour.

Alright, how do you get both stones then? Could you tell me locations instead of random directions? Directions are fine after I know where I'm supposed to be though....

To get both stones, you must beat certain enemies in certain places in order for black treasure chests to appear. Its simple. I got them by random.
So wait, what does the Sacred Stone (the one you couldn't remember the name of) do?
