1. Be respectful to everyone around you. If you are disrespected, contact me or magegirl.nino
Being respectful?
Well that means be nice. Here are a few tips.
- Don't insult people. It starts fights.
- If you get in a fight, don't continue it, contact a crew member.
- No gloating or telling people that their work is bad.
--If you want to criticize somebodies work, give them advice on how to make it better, don't thrash their dreams. stare
- Don't delete people's posts for the heck of it, crew. If you disagree with someone's opinion, ignore them. If they are saying something that is completely wrong, THEN you can delete it.

2. Don't post in the main forum.
The main forum?
That's the forum you are in when you press "View Forum" on the
main page. Only the guild account, the crew, and I should post there, unless it's a regular topic.
- The introduction thread is for you to post in.
- The subforums are for you to post in.
- You can post in regular topics, not stickies or announcements!!

3. You may post advertisements if you ask ME first.
- You may post an advertisement for your guild ONLY if you run it by me first. And ONLY in the chatterbox.
- I have the right to refuse your request to advertise if I find a reason I don't want it in my chatterbox.

4. You should try and be active...
-Activeness is key to this being a successful guild and to you having fun!
-Post at least a couple of times a week... Please?
-Activeness makes the guild go 'round!

5. Don't make your own link cards please...
-If the plan I have works, then the link cards are one of a kind, and have to be exactly the same style.

6. Random threads go in the chatterbox.
-You may only post random things in the chatterbox. Because otherwise, everything would become disorganized.

7. Do NOT ask me to be part of the crew!
-Crew will be selected by me, only if I decide I need more help.
-Do not ask any other crew member to recommend you either.
-A crew member may recommend a person they think should should be part of the crew if they wish, but they need a good reason.

8. Please send a friends request to the guild mule account: Splice n Sprite Guild
-You need to do this. He's the guild account. He holds guild money and sends out SnS newsletters. If you cannot send requests, please tell me.

9. If you change your name, pm me and tell me your old name, and your new one.
- I ask this because we may know you, but when you changed your name you become unfamiliar to us. We need to know who you are eek

10. Crew Members will use their power respectfully.
- If I hear of anything power abusive, then you'll be talked to by me.
- If it is a continuing thing, then the rest of the crew will talk it over and restrictions, loss of rank, or even bannment may be taken into affect. Please don't make me do that. Use common sense.

11. NEVER Send chainletters!
- If you send a lot of chainletters, you may not want to be here. We'll know, because you'll be on either my friendslist, or if you're smart, the guild account's friendslist. You'll be reported without hesitation, even if you have become a close friend.
-Chain letters are annoying loads of junk that do nothing whatsoever!
-They clog up mailboxes
-And keep this in mind:
"Hey guys, I’m Chainey, the horrible, stinking, ungodly Chain Letter Monster! Pity me, for I should not exist! I am a hideous abomination! Wheeee!"
^See? BAD!! scream Don't send chainletters!

Splice n Sprite Guild: The mule account will not edit any posts.
-His name is Scalin, and he holds gold and sends out newsletters. Add him, hurry!
Nomad Rath: "I have given you a better post"
-I am the captain of the guild. I own two guilds, I'm vice captain of two others and crew in several others. I like Fire Emblem alot and Rath is my favourite character. I do Fire Emblem mug splices and I have a comic series.
Magegirl.Nino: "Nino has graciously fixed your grammar"
-Nino is my amazing vice captain, and gaian girlfriend! She splices and has a comic series. Her favourite character is Nino From Fire Emblem. She now owns five guilds and is crew in several others. She also very nice and a good helper.
GinoLeTV:"I came... did stuff... and left."
-Gino is an experienced guild leader in several guilds and makes a webcomic that I recommend reading. He has a nice sense of humor.
Princess_LArachel: "Your post has officially been healed."
-L'arachel is the captain of Nintendo's Critters, one of our affiliates. She's also a splicer, an experienced guild helped and very nice.
Wyvern Lord Vaida:"You have been spared this day. But fear me nonetheless!"
-Vaida acts as our guild security! Don't mind the way she talks, that's just her character! She's really very hilarious and fun.
viewtifulkyle: "Forgive my n00bish ways"
-He makes sprites, is one of our most active members and is quite social.

*ahem* Greetings, my name is Scalin, and I am the guild mule account. I thank you greatly for joining this guild. I do request that you do go add me, as I will be giving out special newsletters that are a must, for all members. On a side note, I myself, do try to look my best at all times. I am also a fan of proper English and utmost manners. I get along with Edmund, the owner of H.R. Welsey most well!
