Copycat. Many, many references have been made to this character (as well as another named PJ) in the RP H.I.T.S. Okay, maybe not a whole lot, but still. Some of you have been a bit on the curious side and would like to know what this character and the flying letter openers is all about. Kangaroo S.T.U. Name: Copy Cat Gaia User Name: Kangaroo S.T.U. Age: 18 Gender: Female Background: Copy Cat just seeks adventure and a good fight. Doesn't matter which side she's on. Natural Apperance: Brown eyes and hair. Never seen wearing anything but a cat suit. Clothes: cat suit. Standard gray tabby. (maybe I'll post a picture sometime.) xp Powers: The ability to copy the opponent's powers just by watching them. Plus high agility and speed. Other: Is a VILLIAN!!! Or possibly a Hero. Depends who pays her more. twisted And thus began my very first RP as Copycat, the not so great villian. For a while my brother (formally known as Master Falco) had been telling me how great role playing was. Finally he convinced me to join an RP. Searching for something that just started, I came across an RP for Teen Titans. The playersOf course, Copycat was played by me. Acid was played by a new member to the SUTF, [zoom]. (who also made the TTRP) Hell Hound is our dear zombie, Origamidude. and Tally is played by the lovely Captain KT. 3nodding Good verses, no one?!It turned out that, in the beginning, there were lots and lots of teen titans, and almost no villians. Copycat was the first to step up to the plate! Kangaroo S.T.U. ((Rawr! I have returned! xp Let's see what's up. Hmmm. If you guys all go to the city, I bet CopyCat can stir up a bit of trouble. Oh yeah, while I was gone I was thinking of some stuff to change on my characters bio, is that alright?)) ELSE WHERE . . . " This cat burgler bit is getting old." Copycat thought to herself as she flipped through the dollar bills her latest client had given her in exchange for destroying a rival's drug store. " Hmmm . . . what's next on my list of jigs? Ah, that's right. Another store to ransack. Off to the city it is." Since the Teen titans were all headed to the store to refill their fridge, I thought it would be appropriate for Copycat to stir up some trouble in the city. 3nodding While the Teen Titans browsed the isles of the store, I had Copycat attack the clerk and demand all the cash! Of course, it's hard to get someone to listen to you when you're in a cat suit. . . Kangaroo S.T.U. Dodging a car or two and nearly knocking over baby stroller, Copycat manages to reach the grocery store. "Time to make a scene!" Barging into the store, the villian for hire demanded the person behind the counter to give her all the money in the regester. Of course, the cashier laughed. Honestly, who runs around in a cat suit and holds up a grocery store? Without a firearm no less? "I get no respect. . . ." sweatdrop ((I'd laugh too if I were the person behind the counter)) Yes. I had forgotten to write in that Copycat had a weapon. Forgetting to write in things happens to me all the time! Chase Windstar was supposed to have a backpack, but I forgot to write in that she was carrying one. gonk That's why she couldn't offer Willow some water. Oh, well. Of course I improvised in that situation, and that's exactly what I did for Copycat. Kangaroo S.T.U. DemonChica Namiko lloked at the man in a cat suit as she was about ot pay for the food.She started to snicker. ((Copycat tis a girl. xp )) stare " This is pathetic. I knew I should have brought a gun . . ." Not wanting to be laughed out of a jig, Copycat grabbed a cigarette lighter from the counter and lit it. "Don't make me burn you!" Then, just to show she was serious, she grabbed a second lighter with her other paw. "I'm warning you! Put the money in a bag. . . . and make it plastic!" On to post three!

Not Leaving Empty PawedKangaroo S.T.U. "Leave?!" Copycat stares at the stranger pointing automatic guns in her face. eek "I'm sorry, were you the one who was supposed to rob this store yesterday? Boss is mad at you, you know. Anyway, I'm here now, so don't try to mosy in on my job. Got it?" She waves one of her cigarette lighters in his face to show she's dangerous. Or deranged. Either one, or both. (( good thing I copy pasted this before gaia wigged out on me. Sorry for the late post )) The teen titans had a gun toting person on their side that demanded that Copycat stop what she was doing. Confusing him for someone that was supposed to knock off the store the night before, Copycat continues to threaten people with her all mighty cigarette lighter. 3nodding Finally, one of the Teen Titans put a stop to Copycat's rampage. mad Acid kindly asked Copycat to hand over the cigarette lighters or face the wrath of the Titans. Because Copycat was smart, didn't have a REAL weapon, (and I was running out of time.) she handed over the cigarette lighters and walked out of the store. Of course, she couldn't leave empty handed, so she swiped a box of gum and ran across the street, almost getting hit by a car. Sad NewsSomething is wrong with the topic. It appears that some pages are lost. It jumps from Nov. 9th on page 6 to Dec. 10th on page 7. crying It seems I can no longer pull direct quotes from the story. This means the bookstore fight was lost. That means I'll just have to put down what I remember. Sorry guys.

Acid + Vespa + Copycat = One Hell of a Fight
After the incident at the store, more villians arrived that were bigger and badder than Copycat could ever be. She stayed low for a while until Acid ([zoom]) got into a fight with her. Acid is the sister of [zoom]'s character in the HITS RP. She was one tough cookie. domokun
Thoughout the RP Acid and Copycat duked it out! Most of the time in ended in a draw, but Copycat never got away without being burned by Acid's, . . . well, acid.
I'd love to post these fights, but they seem to be lost between the limbo of page 6 and 7 of the thread. crying
Anyway, Acid rode a Vespa. I didn't know what a Vespa was at the time, so I assumed it was a flying motorbike of some sort. xd In Copycat's fight with Acid, she jumped from the roof of a building and tackled her while she rode passed. Past. Passed? Anyhow, during the battle Copycat tried to steal Acid's Vespa, but the teen titan was too attached to it to let Copycat do such a thing. The fought a lot. There was tons of scratching and acid throwing. At one point, Copycat was about to get away with the Vespa when Acid decided to spit on her. eek The spit turned out to be acidic as well, eating though the foot of Copycat's suit. ^_^ Only to reveal that she wore pink socks.
As they flew through the city, (Yeah, Zoom let the Vespa fly XD) Copycat ended up falling off and landing someplace down town with her suit all torn and her legs bleeding badly. (Copycat had be hanging from the bottom of the Vespa when Acid decided to try and scrap her off by running her through trees, parked cars, and other painful stuffs.)

Wandering the streets all bloody and battered, Copycat wandered into a bookstore where Tally and another character were at. In the kitty corner there was as woman in a BUNNY SUIT reading to some children. Copycat grabbed the lady and dragged her into the bathroom (or behind some prop of sorts) where she took her suit and tried to play it cool by reading to the kids. Unfortunate for Copycat, kids hate her. They also started to notice that blood was seeping through the suit. The commotion caused the Titan to check out the problem.
Letter Openers
Things got ugly from there. Tally threw books and carts at Copycat with her metal abilities. Dodging, ducking, and weaving, Copycat looked for a way to fight back. There was a box of letter openers on the front desk of the book store. Copycat rode a book cart to the front of the store. Tally saw what Copycat was going to do, so she used her powers to send the letter openers flying at Copycat (who was now actually in a bunny suit.)
At this point, I was tired of seeing some of the characters in battles never get hit. Kt, origamidude, and Zoom were fun to fight against beacuse thier charcters did get hurt in fights. ^_^ It makes things much more fun that way. So, to show that I wasn't afraid of taking MAJOR hit, I let the letter openers stab Copycat. All FIVE of them, right to the chest!
After I'd proven my willingness to harm my own character, I realized what I had done. I had unwittingly killed my character. Who could survive five telekinetically thrown letter openers with no medical aid near by? No one, but I was great at improvising. Again, I called upon my powers of improv to help Copycat survive!

BANG goes the Bunny
After being STABBED by letter openers, Copycat found that she was still alive. Looking in her suit, she found that there was a bullet proof vest (that provided enough damage guard to keep her from being fataly stabbed) built into the bunny suit, along with a hidden pocket that contained a hand gun and extra ammo.
I like to often ask myself, "Why was that woman reading to children with a bullet proof vest, ammo, and a gun in her outfit?"
Whatever her story was, Copycat now had a weapon and a little armor. After a short tussel, Copycat lost to the fire user that was in the bookstore along with Tally. Somehow Copycat managed to escape and find herself at the titans tower. She hid behind the giant T hoping that no one would look for her there. Of course, that can't happen....
So Long Vespa
Behind the tower was Acid's Vespa. And just as Copycat was starting to fall asleep, Acid came around the building to retrieve her ride. Of course the two had a stand off. Copycat held the gun, pointing it at Acid.
Most of the time one would assume the villian would shoot and miss the hero, leaving the hero to run up and defeat them. I didn't want to do the usual.
Copycat found her target and shot, hitting dead on. Then she fired again, and again, and again, until the clip ran out. Copycat had killed Acid's Vespa. Of course Acid was enraged. Since Copycat's clip was now empty, it was a free for all.
I thought I'd be funny if Copycat destroyed the Vespa that Acid so dearly loved. xp It'd also give Acid an incentive to kill my character. For the longest time, more villians and heros started to show up with powers that Copycat couldn't copy. Copycat was now obsolete and couldn't fight with anyone. I decided to have Acid finish off the dying character so I could make another one. Sounds cruel, but it had to be done.

The Final Moments of CopycatTaken from (( http://kangaroostu.deviantart.com/journal/4064677/ )) ----- THE FINAL MOMENTS OF THE LIFE OF COPYCAT: As experienced by her Copycat's grin widened as she watched Acid staring at the bullet rittled Vespa in disbelief. It was payback for the lost cat suit, for being scrapped along side buildings, for being smashed into cars, for getting dragged through the tree tops, for the spit, for the zebra print knee patch, for the cigarette lighters, but most of all, . . . it was for the children. (( There are no children. I don't know what I'm typing about. It just seemed like a dramatic way to end the sentence. And the knee patch wasn't really Acid's fault. I think it was Shintaia's )) Acid's expression changed. The shock had worn off the Titan and a new look of utter disgust and rage was now clearly displayed on the other girl's face. Acid charged, murder in her eyes. Before Copycat knew it she was on the ground again. They fought. The battle carried them to the edge of the land, where the rocks met the waters of the bay. Copycat struggled, clawing and biting whatever her hands and teeth came in contact with. What started as small stinging sensations now burned with a great intensity. Coycat could feel the acids that secreted from the Titans hands eating away at her flesh. Her face, her arms, her neck, it all burned. Blood. The taste of blood. Her blood? Acid's blood? Copycat had no idea if Acid's blood was dangerous, just as her spit had been, but there was no time to dwell on such a question. She screamed. The corrosive liquid had gotten into her eyes, blinding her. Copycat now clawed at her own burning eyes instead of the Titan. Acid stopped the assault and stood above the writhing villain. With her sight taken from her, Copycat could not see the foot that connected with her side, breaking one of her ribs. The ground beneath her disappeared as the force from the second blow sent her over the edge of the island. Blind and suffering heavy injuries, Copycat was not strong enough to stay afloat in the bay with the heavy costume pulling her down. Notes and StuffZebra Print Knee Patch - During one of the battles Copycat's suit caught on fire, burning a whole in one of the knees. Copycat patched up the suit, but the only available material was zebra print. Tally in H.I.T.S. - It seems Tally still has dreams of watching Copycat fall into the bay and being stabbed by the letter openers. None of the dreaming is planned by me. Captain Kt . . . She found a tunnel going into the rock wall near her and swam through it, hoping to find air soon. She came to what appeared to be a small pond and was able to surface. She climbed up onto a large rock, coughing and sputtering, attempting to calm her pounding heart. Once she caught her breath, she looked at the slightly murky water that she came from. A plush bunny ear was floating in the dead center. She stared at it, her mouth ajar, as the scene came back to her. The gunshots. The scream. The splash. The vespa. The bay. Acid. SHe shuddered, not because she was cold, but the thought of death. . . . - If you've checked out the thread, the page that it skips to is where Origamidude first introduces Hell Hound. ^_^ In his profile for H.I.T.S. it mentions that he used to live in a city. That city was the city the Teen Titans RP took place in. Also, if you noticed, his character has a ring around his neck in the HITS year book "photo." This ring is from my second character PJ, the pink space bunny, yet another reference to the TTRP. PJ/PinkJump - PJ is the second villian I came up with. Yes, she's a villian of sorts. Well, she's bad for the people in the RP, but from her own world she'd be concidered a hero. 3nodding The funny thing is, the first person she really interacted with was Hell Hound. While fighting, eveyone joined her side in the battle. I guess because she's wearing pink, and is a bunny, they thought she was the good guy, and the scruffy Hell Hound was evil. In reality, it was the other way around. Only Tally saw though the "deception" and came to Hell Hound's rescue, teleporting him away. Blast! mad I was winning too. Kangaroo S.T.U. Name: LDU (Lifeform Drafting Unit) #1113: codename- PinkJump or PJ Gaia User Name: Kangaroo S.T.U. Age: 17 Gender: Female Background: From a galexy far far away . . . She was sent to Earth to gather life forms that are capable of battle, enslave them, then ship them back to her planet so they can help out in a war that is taking place in her galexy.

I've used PJ in my storyboarding for animation class along with her rival BL (BuniLuv). ^_^
