Is there any easy and fast ways to create a good face? Can someone give the steps to make a good mouth to, it takes me a long time to get a face that looks pretty good but it just never looks right for me.

Well, if you break it down, the face is a pretty exact science with things you can measure. I dont have access to a tablet or scanner at work, but here are a few rules to keep in mind with the face.
1. Start with the head shape, this is important. Study some examples. 2. Draw a line down the middle of the head LIGHTLY 3. The eyes go in exactly the middle of the head, not at the top, draw a light line across the face right in the middle. Use a ruler to measure if you have to to make sure you're right in the middle. Alot of students tend to put the eye line higher because the head is wider at the top. Don't do that. 4. The eyes are one eye width apart, that should help you space them out. Erase the eyeline before drawing eyes. Erase the center line while you're at it. 5. Ears start around the eye line and go down to about the top of the jaw line. 6. Draw the hairline in lightly. It kind of looks like a swimmers cap the way it goes on the head. 7. From the eye line, put the nose roughly 1/3rd the way down. Put the mouth roughly 2/3rds the way down. Mouths do not curve up like a happy face. Even smiles are almost perfectly straight lines. Don't make the mouths overly small either. 8. Put in eyebrows 9. Draw hair. Remember the hair can be thought of more as a helmet. Don't draw individual strands of hair, rather try to focus on the overall shape of the hair.
There are lots of good how to draw manga books, I recommend picking up some of the more basic ones. You can sometimes get them from the library for free, or see the thousands of face tutorials online. Hope that was helpful.
